Ingredients: 2 cups cooked quinoa. 1 cup grated carrots. 1 cup cooked black beans, mashed. 1/2 cup finely chopped spinach. 1/4 cup finely chopped red bell pepper. 2 tablespoons ground flaxseed. 2 tablespoons nutritional yeast. 1 teaspoon garlic powder. 1 teaspoon onion powder. 1/2 teaspoon smoked paprika. Salt and pepper to taste. Gluten-free burger buns. Sliced tomatoes, lettuce, avocado for topping.
Instructions: Put black beans, spinach, red bell pepper, ground flaxseed, nutritional yeast, garlic powder, onion powder, smoked paprika, salt, and pepper in a large bowl. Add the cooked quinoa and mix everything together. Mix everything together well until it's all mixed together. Make burger patties out of the mixture in any size and shape you like. Set a skillet that doesn't stick on medium heat. Put the burger patties in the pan and cook them for five to seven minutes on each side, or until they are golden brown and crispy. In a skillet or toaster, toast the gluten-free burger buns until they are just barely browned. Put the cooked patties on the toasted buns to make the burgers. You can add sliced tomatoes, lettuce, avocado, or anything else you like on top. Serve your scary Monster Veggie Burgers right away and enjoy them!
