Law

• Frankly, even if he’s someone rather grounded, and used to the various strange elements of this world, Law didn’t see it coming. He didn’t know you were a wearwolf in the first place, but discovered it with time, even if you have never tried to hide it. He knows it’s a part of yourself, and he accepts you no matter what, because after all, his bestfriend is a giant polar bear...

• Though, your first transformations have been quite hectic, and it brought many issues. First of all, it’s absolutely out of question that you turn right into the Polar Tang, because it can be too dangerous for every member of his crew. He doesn’t watnt to take such a high risk, and will do his best to prevent you from harming yourself, or harming anyone among the crew

• Law is definitely the kind of person to dwell into serious researches to discover what might soothe you and help you the most, studying for hours your behaviors, and your patterns, only to find the best solutions to ease your life. Of course, it’s not always easy to feel his intense stare upon your back, or watching you every minute of your life, but you have grown used ot it at some point

• He writes everything down and keeps a little diary of your activities to study your wolf cycles. He even comes to the point that he knows exactly what your growl could mean, what you are craving at specific hours of the day, and how you would react under a certain moon. It becomes a second nature for him, and he doesn’t even have to ask too many questions to understand how you work anymore

• He doesn’t react so much when you’re having your wolf behaviors because he doesn’t want to make you feel uncomfortable by being slightly different from the others. Sometimes he just checks on you, a sly smirk growing onto his lips, before he eventually pats your head with his palm and goes back to his usual occupations... it’s like, completely normal to see you like this at some point

• Of course, he made some mistakes, something triggering a few catastrophes, but he has always been there to handle them, suffering from bites and scratches from time to time. Yet, he’s perfectly about to accept those damages, comfortable with the idea that you’re turning into a giant wolf at least once a month, because he finds that you’re an extraordinary person

• For sure, Law even found the perfect shelter for you to turn without hurting anyone, nor being hunted by some disgusting folks, making sure that you have everything in that little cave outside to feel comfortable enough. He often spends the entire day preparing it, helping you in the process by giving you some herbs to soothe your anxiety, always there and patient, which is so different from his usual petty attitude ; he’s just worried and wants you to feel at ease

• He’s always the first one to come back in the morning after your transformation, making sure that you’re not hurt, checking on your vitals before eventually kissing your lips tenderly because of course, he’s already worried when he knows you’re on your own, in that second state where nothing can actually reason you. He always fears that someone might hurt you one day, hence the fact he does his best to always protect you, being utterly patient and kind regarding your nature... He loves you so much, he can’t take the risk to lose you

Kid

• For Kid, honestly, the very fact that you’re a wearwolf is damn cool. DAMN COOL okay? This is something he has always admired, the very fact that you’re able to turn into a giant wolf and hunt down people? Hell yeah, it sounds like an awesome pirate story, so for sure he admires you a lot!

• Kid completely ignores the fact that it might be dangerous, nothing is actually too unsafe when you’re living the pirate life, and even if Killer might try to reason him about the fact you literally can’t control yourself if you turn into a big bad wolf with sharp fangs, he will just ignore the warnings. Life is about having some fun and thrill!

• Plus you’re having so many funny behaviors? He sees you stare at the moon with your giant curious eyes, howling at it without any warning, making him burst into an uncontrollable laughter, to the point that he might join you in the process. Acting like a wolf isn’t harmful after all, and he wonders what kind of effect if it can have on you if you’re disturbed by his presence

• No need to say... Yes, he tries to feed you with bones, to steal your food to trigger those animalistic behaviors, to the point that it pisses you off quite a lot! Damn, he’s not wearing that name for nothing, and you really suffer from his lack of seriousness when you often tell him that you don’t want to hurt anyone among your crewmates... At least, the most reasonable one like Killer or even Wire are here to help you...

• Kid eventually changes his mind when he notices how hurtful your first transformation can be, and how wild and dangerous you are. When he sees you all chained up in the jails of his boat, growling, drooling for meat, attacking anyone coming closer, Killer and Wire covered in blood and deep scratches... He doesn’t recognize the person you usually are, seeing the pain and fear in the back of your golden irises. He really didn’t prepare himself, and he feels utterly unwell for a while

• Everything changes after that particular night, Kid understanding that you’re living this experience as a curse and not a blessing, and that you’re afraid of your real nature. And he hates the fact that he didn’t see it before, to the point that other members of his crewmates have been injured, trying to help when it’s his first role as a captain, a second as your life partner. So Kid decides to man-up, and change a few things

• He’s becoming utterly protective towards you, even more than usual, sending dark stares to anyone looking at you for too long. He drags you back on the boat if he believes you might lose your temper, he also makes sure that you are never targeted by dangerous individuals who would just sell you on the Black Market or in Sabaody. You’re his precious lover, and for that, he would fight the entire world to protect you

• Kid prefers to have you on the boat during your transformation, no matter what, turning one of his jail into a cosy shelter. If he has to chain you, he wants to be the one doing it, if he has to stay awake all night long, he won’t move from his chair. He has, for once, the patience of a saint, serious eyes peering down at you each time you’re feeling down because of your nature

• Even if it won’t change his entire pissy and harsh nature, you better be sure that Kid will always be utterly kind with you, at least on a private level, right after your transformation. He bathes you, reassures you, and demands that you stay in his cabin to have some rest. For sure he can be a very dangerous and idiotic man... but when it comes to protect someone he loves, Kid is probably one of the best partner ever existing

You appealed his curiosity, and spending some time with you has always been the most amazing moments of his lonely life

• You both learnt to know each other, your friendship turning into something different, years after years, century after century. As always, he took him a generous amount of time to understand his own feelings, cursing the odds and the gods for making him falling in love with someone he’s unable to touch as much as he wants. But with time, you both discovered that sweet secret, when the frontier between the living and the dead is so thin that touching a ghost is finally possible

• You both came to an agreement through years, for a week, you’re not allowed to see each other. You have the eternity in front of you, his entire endless life to have conversations, your death trapping you in a bubble where you wouldn’t age nor disappear anyway. For a week, you spend all of your time apart, until the missing sensation would be intense enough to become unbearable. Both of you want to revive this passion, thrilled by the only idea of lips connected together, and cold skins finally touching

• Crocodile would wear his most beautiful and elegant clothes to please you, showing how gorgeous and impeccable he can be, because after all, he needs to offer you quite the best date of your death. Cologne, tuxedo, jewels, and of course gifts for you. You’ll have your bouquet of flowers, at least dozens of red roses to express his love, another jewel waiting in a velvet box inside of his jacket’s pocket. Everything must be perfect, because this is the only night he feels truly alive and thoroughly happy to be immortal

• You don’t really bother having dinner, it’s not necessary for none of you, your meeting happening under the pale moonlight, when midnight would give you the opportunity to have this burning contact you’re both waiting for so long. And when your skin finally becomes less transparent than before, Crocodile always extends his hand with a graceful gesture, offering you to dance with him, there, where you’re finally both blessed by the shy light of the evening

• Flying above the water of a quiet lake, his gestures are always controlled for the first minutes, as he appreciates to feel the cold sensation of your bare skin under his fingers. A lazy stare peering down at you, he eventually steals a first kiss, sealing his one and only promise, to always cheer you, love you, and be faithful to you, even if death did you apart a long time ago

• Of course, comes the need to ravish more, because Crocodile is a conqueror after all, claiming with his best gestures, every single piece of you. After your dance, when his hand has been exploring your skin long enough to spread that fire through your bones, Crocodile leads you somewhere else, in the intimacy of a fancy and prepared room, satin sheets waiting for the both of you to connect even more

• Hours after hours, he makes love to you, perfectly able to control himself enough to make things last, the rocking of his hips either brutal and needy, either tender and careful. He wants to explore that intimacy he’s unable to share most of the time, challenging all the gods to witness how he’s the only one who can accomplish such an impressive magic trick, to have a ghost moaning under his sharp thrusts whenever he wants

Even if he feels the sharp nails of sadness tearing apart his soul, he knows that it’s only a goodbye, that you’ll spend some time together after all, conversations, games and other activities becoming your daily life again, until the cursed spell of Hallowen would free you one more time... one more night... in the eternity of your love

Corazon

• Vampire Corazon is probably one of the kindest and most adorable creature in the whole world. A mix between wholesome giant blond angel, and tender monster who feels utterly bad for having to drink up on people or animals to actually survive. Honestly, he wishes that it could be any different, but alas, he’s cursed by what he considers to be an illness

• Corazon has always wanted to protect you from his vampire side, always asking you gently to stay away from him if he was craving blood and so on. You’re so precious to him that the very thought to harm you is unbearable and he wouldn’t forgive himself, becoming the monster he doesn’t want to be. He often bursts into tears when he feels that blood thrist growing within him, as he fears the day he might hurt you without wanting it 

• Though, you have always been understanding with his real nature, teasing him slightly that he wouldn’t be able to scare you, nor harm you, not even if he tries his hardest. And since you’re together for long enough for him to feel at least a bit comfortable, he believes that for once, he should play a little trick on you and see if you can resist his demonic aura

• The Halloween night seems to be the perfect occasion, Corazon somehow relying on those vampires’ legends you heard in many books to build a tensed atmosphere where he would be able to prank you. You know all the deal, about that beast coming from the blood of a virgin, eager to devour their soul, and to feed until the sun rises and you’d be his, forever

• Alas, his first attempt to scare you turns into something quite ridiculous, his entry completely ruined when he unfortunately tripped over his own coat, and ends up laid down at your feet, waving his hand clumsily. It makes you laugh so much that you turn this vampire man into a blushing mess, as he hisses and warns you that next time, you’d be at his mercy!

• A second attempt is tried in the middle of the night, fire involved in the process when he believes that appearing from nowhere with a bit of extra cracking fireworks could make you jump on your feet. But Corazon forgot that fire and him have a fickle relationship, and as his beany and arms are one fire, he has no choice but to jump in the nearest puddle of water to eradicate the problem. Again... instead of make you scream, he definitely makes you laugh one more time!

• And so on, if he ever tries to sneak up on you, he ends up falling, if he ever tries to fly and catch you, he flies directly into a window. He’s having an allergy to false blood, he’s sneezing if he enters a closet and waits for you there, he falls from the window whenever he waits on your balcony... Nothing works... He’s seriously one of the worst vampire when it comes to something spooky and all of his attempts end into a terrible accident for him

• The only way for him to succeed is actually when you’re a part of the prank yourself... Of course, it spoils him a bit of fun, but if you hear a branch cracking behind your back, and the muffled sound of a giant man falling over wet leaves, just pretend that you didn’t bust him... He’d be happy to have even the tiniest squawking coming from you!

• Eventually, after that long long day trying to scare you, and fully aware of his fail, you would be able to reassure him on one point: you have been scared, but not because of him, for him actually. Because each time he’s hurting himself, you’re upset, and you fear the day he would something too stupid, to the point that you might lose him. You call him silly, for trying so hard to scare you, when your real fright in this world would be to be away from him...

• Corazon feels bad for a second, but then terribly flustered, mumbling that he doesn’t want you to worry this way. All wrapped into his half-burnt cape, trapped against his cold chest, Corazon’s heart is definitely swelling with one feeling: pride. Because having you by his side is probably the most wonderful blessing for such a cursed soul than his

• This is such an odd night for Law, he’s honestly not really prepared for the future events. Perhaps because he feels desperately in love with you - but wouldn’t admit it - he accepted to celebrate Halloween with you... though, he already knows that it’s probably not the most genius idea he had in the first place

• He has always religiously avoided to expose himself during Halloween nights, even if it would be easier for him, since he wouldn’t have to hide his nature during this spooky season. Though, the very fact that he’s a danger among the crowd isn’t something he finds particularly appealing, and he can’t take the risk to get busted so stupidly...

• Yet, he found you, and somehow, he knows that you would enjoy to have fun during Halloween, probably going outside trick and treating, or celebrating the whole season by frightening little kids, enjoying the pranks, and so on... It’s selfish not to indulge you that, so he definitely comes up with the perfect plan

• He won’t necessarily participate to the activities, but at least, he’s there to escort you, keeping a low profile, and hiding in the shadows if he needs to. After all, vampires have a certain talent to remain discreet and under cover, it shouldn’t be that hard since he’s basically used to it

• Though, he can’t let you all by yourself, and after a moment, he manages to withdraw those unpleasant feelings, morphing himself among the crowd, just to be there by your side, trying his best not to have those vampire’s urges, you know... to have a sip of blood here and there

• He finds utterly ridiculous to see how people are sticking to a very traditional and also false vision of the vampires... Like, garlic wouldn’t work, nor iron cross or anything... and they don’t all wear a damn cape! Law usually throws those impatient side looks to everyone dressed-up as a vampire and pretending they are scary... stupid and shameful!

• He might show his real nature to a bunch of kids who would push on his buttons, gleaming crimson eyes and fangs appearing in the middle of the night, so delighted to watch them run away and scream, before he would pretend that nothing particular happened, they probably see something in the shadows

• Of course, it amuses you a lot, because frankly you believe that it requires a lot of his patience to enjoy the night, his sighs and desperate pleas making you smirk, while you push him a little bit, like “hey Law what do you think of this person’s interpretation of your profound nature?”, only to see the darkness within his eyes

• Though, after the torturous moment, Law is more than happy to come back to his shelter, still pleased though that you have been apparently enjoying your night outside. Even if he didn’t particularly hate to escort you, he still prefers to remain in the warmness of his home, reading a book or watching a movie, anything to please your whims, at least, only for tonight

• Against his cold body, you enjoy snacking on your precious loot, Law sipping a bit of blood and gently caressing your hair. After all... Halloween is perhaps not that bad. It’s a good way for him to expose his nature without getting fully busted, and with you... it’s nothing but fun in the end

Katakuri

Autumn: Do they appreciate to prepare the spooky period? Are they thrilled? Is this a period they enjoy in the first place?

If Katakuri has to talk about his mood around the spooky period, he generally understands the thrill, but doesn’t overly share it. He has a rather secretive personality when it comes to trivial things, and probably celebrating some holidays is among the numerous emotions he keeps inside his secret garden. He must remain professional, able to protect his family, focused on his tasks. Nothing must turn him away from his duties, and somehow, he believes that he doesn’t deserve a break ; he has a position to keep. So if Katakuri ever perceives the slightest thrill for this entire period, he hides it perfectly. He wouldn’t be the one who will prepare the festivities, prefering te keep a low profile when it comes to expose his own tastes.

Somehow, it only results on the numerous traumas he pilled up with time, pushing him to even refuse to lay down in public because it would be a sign of weakness. Exposing more human’s emotions could be too dangerous, and somehow, Katakuri knows that a reputation is utterly important in the Charlotte Family. A secret lover of this period, but hardly no one will ever know.

Dress-up: What are their favorite costume to wear and what kind of costume do they enjoy? Would they put on a costume or are they reluctant to do so? Do they put effort in their costume or are they doing the minimum?

As it comes to celebrate the festivities of Halloween, Katakuri is definitely reluctant to wear any kind of costume, unless it’s a task presented as a sort of duty for the Family. He believes that there are different missions for the Charlotte Family, but as one of the eldest of his clan, he can’t fool himself and indulge such a pathetic behavior. Somehow, he has other siblings to take care of the whole “celebrations” part, and he’s too serious to actually break that ice shielf around his persona. He will guard the island, make sure that there are no intruders, but if he can avoid wearing any particular outfit, he would feel better about it.

Though, Katakuri might accept to wear a bit of makeup to match the general mood, so at least he wouldn’t be noticed by the numerous citizens relied to Mama’s Kingdom. A skeleton makeup might be good, perhaps a vampire one, but showing his mouth would be out of question anyway. Even if he can pretend it’s a part of the costume, he doesn’t wish to drag the attention on his physical appearance. He knows no one would dare to make a comment, since he’s considered as someone scary and dangerous, but still. There are some flaws about him he prefers to hide, even if, obviously, that mouth of his is nothing but gorgeous.

Quest: What would be their perfect halloween night and what are their goal for this special evening, if they have any?

The dream life would be to be able invisible and morph into the crowd, enjoying the numerous activities without dragging the attention on him. In another life, perhaps Katakuri could have been that man, eager to celebrate particular Holidays, happy to show his desires and what thrills him, but alas, his childhood deprived him from this precious feeling. Katakuri is trapped with own demons, and as he wishes he could be someone else, at least for one night, he’s too much of a serious man to indulge himself such a whim.

Instead of that, Katakuri appreciates to spend some time by himself, far from the mad crowd, having the best snacks in town to have the perfect evening. He doesn’t need to have company, being alone is a good way to relax and have his own thoughts for himself, the lovely taste of sugar soothing every of his doubt. Surely, this is how a good Halloween shall be celebrated for a man who’s so terrified of what the others might think of his real appearance.

Unexpected: What could really surprise them, what would be the most unexpected situations to spend Halloween for them?

Probably sharing a good moment with a friend, or someone who would push him to abandon his doubts for one night? Even if it’s a profound desire he manages to hide perfectly, having someone special for this particular event could be the best surprise. Just feeling different, wandering in the decorated streets, sharing his loot with a special someone, talking about dreams and fears without having the sensation to be judged. A soul like this must exist somewhere, but Katakuri has deprived himself from having hope to ever find it.

Could it be the most beautiful surprise, one day? To have a partner to share his loneliness, wether it’d be a friend or someone more intimate? Sometimes, it tickles his mind.

Yeet: A random halloween little story about them

For Katakuri, his munchies really depend on his mood, and it happens that when he feels stressed, or overwhelmed, he craves even more sugar to lower the tension. When he was younger, and right after some kids of the island discovered his secret under his scarf, Katakuri refused to celebrate any kind of holidays since when. He didn’t want to be seen as a freak, but it was also such a terrible moment for a boy who just needed to be reassured, because he truly enjoyed to spend some time outside in those moments. So he ate, way too much, until he would have terrible stomachache. The more he was frustrated and the more he was sick, until Brulee discovered what was happening with Katakuri’s behaviors.

Since when, she makes sure to spend a few hours with his brother for Halloween, at least to be sure that he wouldn’t eat too much sweets. A way for her to prove that she has never seen him as the monster he thinks to be. A way for her to also escape what have been their share burden : the look on others’ faces whenever they would go out.

SPOOKYVENT #1

Shanks

Dress-up: What are their favorite costume to wear and what kind of costume do they enjoy? Would they put on a costume or are they reluctant to do so? Do they put effort in their costume or are they doing the minimum?

Shanks is among the people who definitely loves to dress-up for Halloween but religiously sucks at it for sure, at the edge of embarassing people for his lack of efforts in what he believes to be an awesome costume... He definitely understands the mood during this period of the year, and he particularly enjoys the fact he can be someone else, but unfortunately, Shanks isn’t the fanciest guy in town, and he’s not particularly focused on the details. A simple rippd cape he found somewhere and some tomato at the corner of his lips would do the job, and since he’s almost certain to ruin his costume by the end of the night (yeah, Halloween is about partying), he doesn’t need to put a lot of efforts in his wardrobe. His favorite thing remains to actually pretend to be someone else, someone he knows to copy his mimics and behaviors, and when he has the occasion, he steals a piece or two of clothes at Mihawk’s place and have fun pretending he’s that spooky vampire... Otherwise, don’t expect him to do much more!

Yeet: A random halloween little story about them

When he was a bit younger, Shanks loved to appear on various noble islands during Halloween night, pretending that he was a ghost captain from a ghost ship, and he was thoroughly frightening the nobles, because it was always terribly funny to see their look on their faces (and don’t demand a lot of money to calm his wrath). Unfortunately, with the years, the nobles built an impressive armada to protect themselves from the dangerous ghost, to the point that one day, they had to escape at least 6 war ships from the Navy. Since when, Benn Beckam made it clear with his captain: if he ever pretends he’s a ghost captain one more time, he will throw him overboard and leave him to his fate!

Grim Reaper: What are their relationship to death? Are they afraid, open to it? How do they accept it or not?

Shanks isn’t afraid of death and believes it’s the most natural and logical thing in this world. We all born to die one day, there’s no trick to actually fight the end, and there’s no point to be afraid of it. As a pirate, and a Yonko, he has witnessed a lot deaths among his friends and enemies, and somehow, it became a part of his nature. He saw Gol D Roger on that scaffold one day, ready to die, with the brightest smile on his lips, and somehow, despite his sadness, despite his fear to be left alone one more time, Shanks also understood that life worths something because of death. Since when, he believes he has to welcome her as a friend rather than an enemy. As long as he enjoys his life and his adventure... he’s all good with the idea to leave this world one day. He’s just afraid of his emotions when he will lose the members of his family, the Red Hair Pirates... 

Prank: Are they up to some mischief during halloween night or do they prefer to keep things casual? Do they like to be pranked, or prank in return?

Better run the hell away if you don’t like being pranked! Here comes the mastermind of prank, the little red-haired devil, and all his crewmates are already tired when they discover that it’s soon to be spooky season! Shanks is one of the filthiest pranker, and he clearly doesn’t wait for Halloween night to be up to some mischief! He has already prepared his ideas for a few weeks, because he knows exactly how to piss off his crewmates, especially the most serious one, like Beckam. Though, he wouldn’t mind to be pranked as well, and will recognize his defeat is someone ever prank him better than him! Shanks is all about having fun and messing around, his pranks are genuine, and it’s a good way to bond with other people!

Trick or treat: What kind of trick-or-treater are they? Do they appreciate the tradition? Do they prefer to stay at home? Did they prepare a bowl of candies or on the contrary, do they have nothing at all ready?

When he discovered the “trick and treat” tradition, he was like a kid in a candy shop! Shanks finds this tradition particularly cute, especially when he meets some children on his journey, and has the privilege to escort them, and he always pushes them to ask for more candies, or throw eggs if the person doesn’t have anything to offer. He forgets a bit about his position in the world, and it’s the best way to offer some pleasant moments for kids who don’t have the chance to have an easy life. Probably he will share his loots with all of them when he would find a way to steal everyone’s house in the neighborhood, telling ghost stories around a bonfire, stuffing their bellies with all the candies and snacks they have been able to find.

Mihawk

Dress-up: What are their favorite costume to wear and what kind of costume do they enjoy? Would they put on a costume or are they reluctant to do so? Do they put effort in their costume or are they doing the minimum?

If Mihawk eventually decides to dress up for Halloween, you better be sure that he would put a lot of efforts in his costume! He particularly adores whatever comes from the Victorian era, using all the fanciest accessories to turn his costume into something absolutely magnificent. Cape, jewels, sharp nails, fake teeth, but also corset, silk shirt... He believes that if you decide to do something, you need to do it with your best skills and attributes, and there’s no excuse to be lazy. Though, there’s also this inner part he won’t clearly talk about... but Mihawk just loves to be dressed-up like this!

Yeet: A random halloween little story about them

One time, only one time, he accepted to celebrate Halloween with Shanks and his crewmates. Only once he lowered his guard, finally indulging his weird and uncommon friend to have a night of celebrations. It ended-up in the most unpleasant party for Mihawk. Too many drinks have been involved, leading the captain of the Red Hair Pirates to mess around with the Navy, putting Mihawk in such an awkward position that he has preferred to abandon Shanks on a virgin island, sailing back to his lonely place, irritated as hell and cursing against his red-haired friend.

Maybe he was also pissed off because he had a good time... but as the numerous legends during Halloween night, these stories are only stories...

Grim Reaper: What are their relationship to death? Are they afraid, open to it? How do they accept it or not?

As many pirates on the sea, Mihawk is pretty detached to the idea that death can be something terrible, or frightening. There’s a certain peace and quietness coming with it, probably because death isn’t something he finds awful, but natural, and perfectly understandable. We all borrow time to the big clock of the universe, one day you have to leave this world of yours behind, and for him, there’s no taboo about it. Probably, he has already accepted that his life could be short because of his activities, and as a swordman, the best one in the world, he wishes to die with the best honors. He’s also quite open to the idea of ending his own life if he needs to, completely aware of the warriors’ tradition. He’s perfectly comfortable with the idea of dying one day, whether it be in a near future, or in a long time, universe will see how much time he can have anyway.

Prank: Are they up to some mischief during halloween night or do they prefer to keep things casual? Do they like to be pranked, or prank in return?

Obviously not the best person to prank someone, or to be pranked in return! If he believes the spooky season is perhaps the most enjoyable holidays, and that he appreciates a few traditions relied to this particular period, he doesn’t believe that pranking people is on the list. Mihawk remains someone utterly serious, he doesn’t care about activities he finds utterly childish. Surely, kids can have fun between them, but those pranks need to stay away from him. He doesn’t have the patience to deal with that, he’s a busy man.

Mihawk doesn’t participate to this tradition and wouldn’t hunt for candies or other snacks, especially when you see what kind of island he appreciates to live on. He’s more a solitary individual, enjoying the silence of his castle, far from the mad crowd and its everlasting passion for hubbub. He doesn’t have candies to offer either, Mihawk preferring to keep a healthy life’s hygiene most of the time. He might have some cakes here and there, but it wouldn’t be very convenient to hand them to kids, and even more, they wouldn’t appreciate the rich aromas of his favorite dishes.

No, for sure, Mihawk prefers to open a bottle of a refined wine and enjoy a good reading, his own communion with the spirits and the undeads surrounding this world.

Beast: What are their favorite spooky tradition and what activities do they enjoy the most during this period?

Among all the best spooky tradition, what Katakuri probably enjoys the most is the thrill of preparing the decorations for the special night. Even if he will probably keep it for himself, because of his everlasting need to show how strong and cold he might be, Katakuri loves to craft things with his power, and somehow finds a place for these creations somewhere in the streets of his island. He’s particularly good at morphing his power into something strong enough to resist all kind of weather, so he often displays skelettons, and other monsters here and there, watching from a far distance the kids who seem completely amazed with them! It’s somehow a good way to prepare the spooky season, and it allows him to have a bit of time for himself. If he has a partner to share his life with, you better be certain that the two of them would probably hide somewhere, perhaps in the Mirror World, to build and shape those monstrous creations, Katakuri somehow content to expose his creative skills for once.

The top two of his best Halloween tradition is of course when he has the opportunity to eat a bunch of candies and other sweets, when he has a moment to have his merienda.

Horror: What do they dislike during halloween period? What is the most annoying thing for them?

If Katakuri inspires fear most of the time, he doesn’t like to see people dressed-up like him, and it unfortunately happens every year. Even if little kids don’t know about his past, nor the way people treated him because of his mouth - and they still don’t know about it, fortunately - it bothers him a lot to be perceived as a monster. He has never felt truly content to be seen as someone different and scary, and even if he managed to build that wall to protect his harmed heart, it’s always such a harsh moment to see some kid or adult running around in his outfit, and others fooling around and acting scary. It only reminds him that he’s not someone welcomed, accepted. He’s respected because of his strength and his reputation, and this is probably one of the most hurtful thing he has to experience every year.

Jack O’Lantern: Do they like to carve pumpkins? What shape do they usually use, what color, how many pumpkins (single one or dozens?) and where do they place it/them?

It wasn’t an activity he was supposed to enjoy, but deep down within, Katakuri has always been on the creative side. I guess he wouldn’t expose his talent to his brothers and sisters, mostly because of the image he has to keep, but he will definitely watch them having fun with that, and tries all alone when he’s having his merienda for example. He likes to make overly designed spooky pumpkins, and putting there here and there on his island, people always so amazed and wondering who might carve those awesome lanterns! Yet, it’s a secret he wouldn’t reveal, a pleasant moment he enjoys deeply.

Though, and for some obvious reasons, he doesn’t escort his little sisters and brothers to the pumpkins farm ; he’s a busy man, and doesn’t wish to be seen there.

Moonlight: What's their favorite spooky weather? What do they enjoy?

A bit chilly outside, with a lot of fog, when the lights of the lanterns are somehow floating in the air, almost like little ghosts. He appreciates when you can’t fully see the world around you, somehow creating more mystery around this spooky moment of the year. Also, with that kind of weather, he can definitely enjoy himself wandering around his island and have a look on people’s costumes and the way they celebrate it. Into the fog, he’s a bit more unseen, a monster who can be free to go wherever he wants.

Orange: What would be their favorite spooky dishes and what do they enjoy to drink and eat during that period, or during the halloween celebrations?

He appreciates the horror cakes people are making during the spooky season! Witches fingers, brain cakes, donut covered with false spiders made of sugar, and so on! He’s all in to discover new sweets, adding them to his traditional merienda. He’s certainly not disgusted by the shape of these cakes, and appreciates people’s creativity with them.

Some cinnamon, pumpkin sees and black tea would be his favorite drink during this time of the year. It’s the season for some spices in the tea, and it’s chilly enough to drop the usual iced tea he’s having during summer. Nothing too sweet to drink though, he already has all the sugar he needs with his donuts and other cakes.

Kid

Autumn: Do they appreciate to prepare the spooky period? Are they thrilled? Is this a period they enjoy in the first place?

Not the most important season of the year for Kid, perhaps because he really doesn’t care about celebrations in the first place, but he doesn’t have a strong opinion against it. Somehow, Halloween could be a little bit more interesting than other kind of festivities, especially when you have to spend some time expressing your feelings (Thanksgiving? Please no). He’s not really into the emotional area, so sitting around a table and thanking his mates for the good time together would be worse than not having alcohol for the rest of his entire pirate life. Sure, he gets the thrill around the period, and he loves the gory decorations he might see here and there, but he’s not dedicated to prepare it. And decorating his ship is such a pussy activity... unless it’s really badass and he’s certain to get the attention and create the terror when people would see his vessel. Otherwise, it’s a waste of time, he’s not in the mood to care about that.

As always, Kid is pretty detached and non-concerned about this period, though, he might appreciate to carve pumpkins if he has a minute. It’s a challenge after all, to create the most disgusting and atrocious ones just to brag around his crewmates and expose it proudly somewhere they can’t actually miss it. A pumpking banging another one? Sure! A pumpkin throwing up its guts all over the place? Yep, that one is funny! He also appreciates trying to recreate his crewmate’s faces, even if it’s not always a compliment the way he carves their pumpkin-selves. Otherwise, he doesn’t care, he would smash the beautiful pumpkins he would see on his way, only to see little kids crying desperately for having their hard work ruined. That’s a real Halloween mood then!

Kill: What would be their most favorite way to kill someone? What is their method? Are they able to kill or would they get cold feet?

With Kid, there’s a certain honor in killing someone face to face, and watching them in the eyes when he does it. Even if he’s a pirate, he needs to respect his own rules, his own values, and he just loves to see that little light fading in someone’s eyes. He’s brutal, and definitely dangerous ; among the Supernovas, Kid is certainly one of the most hot-blooded and ready to kill. He doesn’t care about saving people, he’s not here to be a life savior anyway. It’s always violent, passionate and sudden, just the way he is, after all. He’s also definitely able to kill without a blink, because it’s a part of his nature, and how the world changed him into someone bitter and careless. Piracy isn’t for everyone, and he’d be always here to make them all remember that.

Moonlight: What’s their favorite spooky weather? What do they enjoy?

No preferred weather, if Halloween can be a clear night when he doesn’t have to feel some cold autumn rain falling down his hair, it’s definitely better though. Kid will probably spend the night outside, drinking and doing some awful pranks here and there, so he doesn’t really care. As long as he’s having fun and there’s no one to spoil it, he’s the happiest sadistic man around.

Zombie: Do they prefer to celebrate Halloween all by themselve or are they more comfortable if they attend or organize a party?

Kid hates being by himself, no matter the situation. He’s a man surrounded by his most trusted friends, and even if he’s grumpy, violent and irresponsible, he loves to spend time with them. They fight, they drink, they argue, but it’s their way to enjoy the little things in life. Why Halloween would be any different? On the contrary, it’s a good way to harass people and give them a hard time, a challenge they all love among his crew. He won’t necessarily organize a party himself, but surely he will find an inn to have a drink, and perhaps crashes a few parties to steal everything there. It sounds like the best way to spend this freaky night, hear me well!
