A Spoonie's Spoon Collection
Since I know that at least @thescrapwitch was interested in my spoon collection, here it is in all its glory (and extremely late because life has been lifing)
First we have the touristy spoons:
A gift from my sister she brought back from Denmark
A gift from friends who went to Oxford
One I bought myself in Vienna
Then there's the gift spoons:
A Welsh love spoon that one of my friends got me as a friendship spoon and I put it on a cord to wear it as a necklace because it's so pretty
A random touristy spoon another friend found in a charity shop
A fantasy spoon my best friend got me for a birthday
The Novelty Store spoons:
Not much to say about them except that they have an horrendous texture and weight and I only got them because they're pretty and cheap. But I won't eat with them if you pay me.
The Random Spoons:
I snuck these out of the silverware drawer in the kitchen.
I am, in fact, Lobelia Sackville-Baggins.
More random spoons, Vintage Edition:
Two cute spoons I found at a charity shop. Again I'd never eat with these but I like them
A vintage touristy spoon from Mauritius Island, which I found at a flea market
Another vintage touristy spoon, this one from Greece, and I am very fond of the cursèd looking owl, found at the same flea market as the one with the dodo
Le Historical Spoons:
Roman empire (late?) spoon I found at a museum shop
Mystery era horn spoon found at the same museum, and that's the only one in my collection that I'd use if I ever go to a reenactment event because the texture is good
And that's it! I hope you enjoyed the tour!
