Two Questions. One, if someone decides to write something that includes both a Male and Female Corrin, does that mean we get both Mila and Emil as well? Second, could you chart Mila/Emil's personality at age five, ten, fifteen and twenty had they lived to see the events of Fates?
The names Mila and Emil were interchangeable for the sake of keeping the script consistent since having a female Corrin instead of a male Corrin would mess up the numbering for Leo and Elise. Unlike how Anri and Arisa (two different versions of Corrin) are different people, Mila and Emil are the same person. They just have a prince or princess title and name depending on whether one wants to play as Anri or Arisa.
If Mila/Emil did get to live long enough to be a character in Fates, they would be a pretty rowdy child, much to Danica’s dismay, but they would grow up to be a really bold individual. They wouldn’t be afraid of taking risks, although to a fault, and are very nonchalant about court etiquette, even more so than Marius. Despite their differing names and titles, I imagine Mila/Emil would be very petty. By petty, I mean they take a lot of delight in confusing newcomers about what they look like by just changing their appearance very often and leaving the new people guffawing (and hopefully awed). They’d love playing other kinds of pranks on their siblings and colleagues, with Damian and Mars’ help.
That isn’t to say Mila/Emil doesn’t have problems. Considering the life they lead, they would spend their early years struggling and coming to terms with their lifestyle, but with some support from their siblings, they’d be more assured in their confidence. There’s also the part where their mother Danica has connections to Theresa, so in part they would have to struggle with that part of their identity, too. Perhaps those in the family like Damian take a long time to warm up to them, but they would be a much more active character who wants to win their uncertain siblings’ respect.
Height Measurement, Tallest to Shortest, Height of Death and approximate adult height in the case of children.
Oh, I don’t usually pay attention to those details, so this will be a handful. Here’s some rough conversions I pulled using this chart as reference.
So from tallest to shortest (adult-wise):
Marius (185.4 cm)
Xander (182.5 cm)
Ryoma (178.5 cm)
Damian (178.5 cm)
Jeremiah (175.3 cm)
Emil/Mila (172.7 cm)
Leo (172.7 cm)
Camilla (170.1 cm)
Takumi (170.1 cm)
Thomas (167.6 cm)
Hinoka (166.1 cm)
Roswitha (165.1 cm)
Liselotte (166.1 cm)
Diantha (165.1 cm)
Anri (162.6 cm)
Elise (162.6 cm)
Azura (160.0 cm)
Arisa (160.0 cm)
Sakura (157.5 cm)
Are you excited for the new fighter that dropped today?
Indeed. I have no real predictions to be quite honest, but it should be a fun time nonetheless. I do hope that the fandom can be mature about whoever it is, but I know that probably won’t happen. I haven’t eaten breakfast yet, so I’ll do that before I think of anything else.
More Ideas for the KWB Backlot
One of the major components is the water tower which is modeled after the transforming mecha water tower from the Alter Ego branding era of the block.
Another aspect of the Alter Ego branding that can show up are the Alter Egos of the KWB logo themselves, the pink cutie, the green meteor, the octopus, the bat, the fire dude, the works.
And the cherry on top: If you end up getting spiked on your last stock in a 1v1 (or a free-for-all where you wind up being last foe standing), it sends you through the pavement of the live-action backlot from the 2002 intro of KWB and right into the watertower to drench the tour guide. The KWB logo shows up on its steed Dolly to check up on you as the screen on Dolly shows the winner doing its usual victory animation before turning his/her/their attention to the Watertower where the fallen foe is in a dizzy daze from being sent flying out of a concrete ceiling that was also a floor. -(Submitted by @spooner-the-trinity)
There’s immense dynamic energy to this that makes me feel like it’d be the perfect fit to a Smash Bros. stage. The spike finisher reminds me a lot of a Stage Fatality, but with infinitely more slapstick. It’s really fitting, considering that Warner Bros. publishes MK nowadays, and if I get around to drafting a moveset for an MK character this could be considered their secondary stage.
I think I mentioned when you brought this idea up to me last time that there’d likely be Pokémon around the stage in homage to the 4kids era of the anime? I think we can add onto that with references to Sonic X, Megaman NT Warrior, and Viewtiful Joe.
I'd love a Terra Brantford Moveset.
Yooooo... Okay, I'll begin working on her as soon as possible. Thank you for your request!
Emil/Mila's personality changing across the road to Fates
Wait, by how their personality changed while I was in the writing process? Or their character development? I may need a more complete question to answer your question.
