If you're suddenly interested, Heavy will have a huge faceted glass from which he will drink tea with sugar. The whole glass. Even if it's twice as tall as himself. Heavy loves tea. You can't change my mind.
The glass I'm talking about:
First post!
On this blog, we have chocolate cake for breakfast!
LOL, I had to.... anyway....
On this blog I will be posting stuff like worldbuilding and story excerpts for your viewing pleasure. And since I am in no way a writer, and therefore never published, be nice! This is just ideas put together! If I’m lucky, maybe someone will someday take pity on me and publish something of mine, but I’m only being realistic with my options.
Questions are welcome, and I will be tagging things to keep them organized (no promises, I’m messy!) as well as adding the temporary titles that go with works that have none as of yet.
In honor of this blog’s creation, I will start by listing works that I have the most writing or worldbuilding done on here below, feel free to ask about them and I will be including them in the tags for quick reference!
Finding Home-- my most extensively built world, called Luwia. My most ambitious project, and the one I waver on the most because of it. Will probably be taking up the most space here. Sci-fi in a fantasy setting.
A Confluence of Storms-- Easily my strangest, and second-most developed, a world called Asum. A large part of it has become almost political-thriller like, but I have no idea how to classify it. Straight up fantasy otherwise.
It’s Spoons All The Way Down-- This one has become almost Terry Pratchett-esque in its humour, and I have no idea whether its the funny kind. Readers can tell me....
Moss Top Rock-- A cute romance born of a dream and longing for the land and lakes of my childhood. So much fluff in this one, I’m gonna die. Basically an excuse to write a nice and sweet thing full of tenderness. Will most likely be a short story.
Meet the Parents-- urban fantasy? With a blending of sci-fi and fantasy just because. This one is only creeping along, but I’m not willing to give up on it.
Live, said Death. I Am Coming.-- another short story most likely. Fantasy, of a rather contemplative kind, musings about life, death and living while alive.
I would like to thank @theticklishpear and @theloveworthlivingfor for their encouragement, and invite you to ask any questions you may have about any of these. I know the descriptions are vague, but I will flesh them out in other posts.
Thanks for checking this out!
