Had a Brewventure with Mike and Nicole at #spoonwoodbrewing. We did a little sampling of what they had to offer. It was a rather large brewery, very spacious and kid friendly. They do have a food menu and a giant parking lot. We tried the following 9 beers. Smoke & Oats very smokey, reminded us of bacon. With a slight hint of cherry in the finish. Mr Freshly a fresh hop pale ale, caramel and hops with a very light taste and feel. Undead Goon super boozy imperial stout aged in Jim Beam bourbon barrels. Nothing Beats Rock an imperial ipa with big citrus and big hops Working Class Hero a classic cream ale. Secret Alphabet a spicy pepper ale with a mild lingering heat. Ballistic Pickle sour beer with a pickle twist. Imminent Percolations a coffee cream stout.
