i rlly wanna go into astronomy and astrophysics because like,,, i rlly enjoy those topics and would love to have a career in them but recently ive just been thinking,, there is a lot of stuff going on in the world right now and now is more a time than ever to use my voice to stand for what i believe in and to advocate for those whos rights arnt being upheld. I really want to help people during my life, and i dont know if going into astrophyics is the right way? like i know i can help people outside of my job or whatever but i want to be educated, i wanna teach the next generation, i wanna be a voice for my people. I want to do something with my like that i am proud of, and i love astronomy, i would love to study it more an learn more but im just conflicted

anyways catch me graduating as a double major in astrophysics and gender and racial studies cause fuck it if that aint me

i never??? realized?? like how fucked up i am like i havent had a professional™ to talk to in months but like i know i ramble on abt this all the time but i just hate my identity like i wish i wasn't mixed everything would be so much easier,,,, i wouldn't be fucking terrified to look into my past because i know shit happened i know people on my moms side would probably fucking at me and i just hate??? i just want a sense of belonging to somewhere but i was raised so fucking white washed i have no sense of who i actually am and what im a part of and like part of that is because my family is a mess but i just i belonged some where i wish i could go home but i cant im stuck here where im not ethnic enough for the groups im a part of and not white enough to actually be respected like i feel like im a fucking joke
