I made sporeprint buttons!!

A collection of sporeprints of the agaricus silvicola - - or the wood mushroom.

I noticed that air was getting in through some holes in the cap, so put some tape over them and got a better print. I kind of like the ghostly effect, though.

Amanita pantherina. Same cap, 5 days of spire prints. That’s a lot of spores!!!! The mushroom cap got a little moldy by the 5th day, so I learned it’s best to just take one of two day’s worth of sporeprints.
