Family Reunion | Spotlight Event | Peter, Cora & Derek
Peter had sifted through several pages of the older books his family had once been proud of. Any sign of Fae or portals was hard to find, and the alpha was beginning to think there would he no luck and the town would end up dead. Frustrated, he stormed to the back room where he’d kept the oldest book he had been able to salvage. The leather bound book was fairly large, and as a child, Peter and his siblings had called the book “the tomb of knowledge” for its sheer size. After the fire, the cover had been charred, the edges mostly destroyed, but Peter had come to the conclusion that the pages had been under a protective spell that had kept most of the information legible. Setting the book on the coffee table with a thud, Peter began to sift through the information in various handwriting.
Half an hour into his latest endeavor, he found a brief article in a handwriting he hadn’t seen anywhere else. It read a brief message of a hunt and being the only one to survive. Along with a small spell that would allow an alpha to contact, with the help of two betas. The script looked as though it had been written while the hands were shaky, and reading the name had not been an easy task, but once he had pieced it together, Peter knew his best chance now was with his niece and nephew. He needed to speak with them, and if they agreed, the three would need to visit the vault and collect the claws of the ancestor who had survived.
Alistar Hale.
Picking up his phone, he sent a group message asking the two siblings if they would mind coming over, there was something important he had found about the Fae. Setting his phone beside the book, he hoped Cora and Derek got back to him soon.
