Some Sunday Motivation
Today is not my official weigh in day (tune in Thursday) but I jumped on the scale anyway. 178 lbs. Down 6 lbs since last week. 2 lbs since April started. I know my progress won’t continue this quickly and most of it is water weight but I’m happy. I feel good. I’m hydrated. And I’m motivated to keep going.
I got a random burst of energy and decided to clean the kitchen. So one V for Vendetta later and the fridge has been cleaned out, the stove scrubbed, and all the dishes are washed. Woot!
