The Money Tubbs only comes around every 5628 seconds. Reblog the Money Tubbs and you’ll find money!
Bitttchhh the last time I reblogged some bullshit like this I booked a 2k 30minute shoot lmao
Here's some more of my fav thinspo
I’ve been trying to take control of my food again. My body has been reacting poorly to sugars recently so that includes cutting out the carbs. I had my last regular soda during lunch and I almost cried. Not really but it made me sad. And sodas I partake of in the future will be diet. And if that doesn’t make you shed a tear then I question your humanity.
I don’t eat breakfast so I opted for “brunch” or 1st lunch for me.
Mixed baby greens, cantaloupe, prosciutto, goat cheese, and balsamic vinaigrette.
Since I ate lunch so early I wanted to make sure I had enough energy for Pilates. So I decided to eat what I like to call 2nd lunch at 2:30.
Baked chicken breast with green beans and broccoli salad.
It was 8 pm by the time I got back from Pilates. But I was starving. So I had a steak. Well half of one. I was happy because none of these meals made me feel “stuffed”. I was just pleasantly full and satisfied.
Steak, black bean and corn salsa, cheese, and guac

Facts About Cardio
- LISS is low intensity steady state. This is something like walking, spinning, elliptical, or something slower that keeps your heart rate steady. - MISS is medium intensity steady state. This is something like stairs, jogging, or something that is faster that keeps your heart rate steady. - HIIT is high intensity interval training. This is something like sprints, ropes, circuts, or anything that gets your heart rate to 80-90% of max, then goes back down. The intervals are your high and low heart rate. If you are doing HIIT correctly, your high intensity interval will only last a max of 30 seconds if you are truly going all out. - Cardio is a TOOL to help you get into a calorc deficit. Therefore it is useful when trying to lose weight, because it will be another way to get into a deficit without cutting out more calories. But this also means it can be counterintuitive if you are trying to build muscle, because you need to be in a surplus to gain muscle. - Each of these forms of cardio will cause you to burn calories. This being said, it will take longer to burn 300 calories doing LISS than it would doing HIIT. But if you prefer one to the other, you can still burn the same amount of calories. - It does not matter when you do your cardio. Like mentioned, cardio is a tool to help you get into a deficit. It does not matter if you burn 300 calories in the morning or 300 calories at night, by the end of the day, you will have a 300 calorie deficit. There is no magic window that you will “burn more fat” if you do fasted cardio. But hey, if you like doing your cardio in the morning, do it, but you can get the same results at any point in the day.
This is good and valid information. My only question is, that doesn’t fasted cardio burn more fat than non-fasted cardio? Because your body is taking energy from stored fat rather than recently absorbed food? I have literal 0 knowledge of this, just asking out of curiosity honestly. I know 300 cals is 300 cals but 300 fasted cals would burn more fat than non fasted, no? Good chance I’m completely wrong, just searching for correct information!
Nope! It has been studied and calories burned are calories burned and it has shown to do nothing different. it has no benefit to do it early vs later. Cardio is cardio and there isn’t a specific time of day that allows for more fat burning than another.
The tomatoes always taste of summer at the cottage.
Tonight’s dinner! Peppered chicken and mushrooms in a sour cream sauce served over a bed of green beans and potato and topped with carrot ribbons. It was so good I damn near licked the plate!
This was my day. Started off with 3 workouts because I've obviously gone insane. Tried out mat Pilates which I absolutely loved. But truthfully it kicked my but. I know it's cliche but I'm sore in places I didn't know existed. Then I hit up cycle with my favorite instructor. It's a rotation class on Saturdays so you never know who you're going to end up with. Raquelle is a breath of fresh air as far as cycle classes are concerned. I'm not gonna lie, some of the other instructors can be pretty boring. She mixes it up and is sure to incorporate upper body strength into the circuit. I ended with my normal BodyPump class with Marcie. There was new music for the bicep and tricep portion which I appreciated. I could never really get the tempo right for the last circuit but this new mix is easy to keep up with. Hubby and I hit up Costco right after I left the gym. He got one of their chicken bakes and I got a hot dog sans bun. I added mayo, ketchup and pickles just because. Then for dinner I had low carb nachos. I even had dessert! I'm in love with halo top's vanilla bean. Their consistency is a little icy but the flavor is there and as soon as it softens the creaminess really shines. I topped it with strawberries and dark chocolate. Overall it was a great day. I spent the rest of the day lounging about while my hobby spoiled me and cleaned the house. I'm pretty darn lucky.
