He's a popular singer within ToonTown! I made him around the beginning of the comic,, or at least brainstormed him! So maybe I'll keep updating him as the comic updates Aswell. Though I do imagine He's closely affiliated with Mickey! Like friends if you will. Also! He's a ladybug :3 I might change his hands too but wtv....anyway the one in the bow would be his mother :) (bg characters in the Ribby & Croak boss fight in Cuphead)
