Y’all remember sour spray candy ? True story I once sprayed the green apple one directly into my little brothers eyes when we were both in grade school and we almost took him to urgent care cus he couldn’t see clearly for a while afterward.
In third grade we had this kid who would always have one of these spray candy bottles with her. She would never give anyone a taste though, not even her best friends. Understandably, in my 8-year-old brain, that meant I had to have a taste.
One day, I stole it when she wasn’t looking and sprayed a bit into my mouth. It was absolutely disgusting and when I finally asked what the hell she had put in it, she rolled her eyes like it was obvious and said:
“Vinegar.”

So it’s 4:40 in the morning and I’m looking at Tumblr while I squirt “WarHeads Super Sour Spray Candy” into my mouth, right?
One time when I was like seven or something my dad bought me this spray candy and when we drove home my dad reaches his hand to the back seat and said “spray” as he normally does when he’s asking for hand sanitizer. Except in this case, he was not asking for hand sanitizer. My 7 year old brain did not comprehend that and I got very confused as he then went to lick his hand. You can imagine how confused he got.
