A spray ball is a machine or a part of a machine that facilitates dispersion of liquid(s) into a spray. A spray ball is also known as a clean-in-place (CIP) spray ball. Spray ball, as the name suggests is used in various process industries in order to clean process vessels & equipment internally. Use of spray ball has been made mandatory by the USFDA for cleaning of process vessels & equipment in the pharmaceutical industry.
