Ricky's initial reaction to the squeaky burger is one of disinterest; what would she want with that cheap gimmick thing... But suddenly, just the sight of the bright colors and familiar shape brought an overwhelming sense of joy.

Not yet aware of her transformation, the back of her mind protests these new thoughts, but the sight of the toy is distracting. She wants to pick it up and dance with it, unconcerned with looking silly - everyone should be so excited. And so she does grab the burger, squeaking it in her new jaws and prancing around.

After a few moments of joyful play, it dawns on her the strangeness of the situation again. She's different, her body changed... She's a dog!
