“The Salacious Starship Commander” for the title meme?
A distress beacon in the most dangerous part of the galaxy
The wreckage of yet another battle in the never-ending Time War spread out in front of the Doctor. He was almost ready to turn off his monitor and shift the TARDIS into the Vortex when he saw it–the tiniest flicker of light on the screen, indicating a vessel in need of help.
A captain on a dying ship
Rose Tyler wasn’t ready to go down with her ship. But when a smooth masculine voice interrupted her argument with the computer, she got a rescue she wasn’t expecting. And when his cheeks turned pink at her automatic, flirtatious comeback, her future suddenly looked more interesting.
A Time Lord in need of a hand to hold
Rose’s sparkling eyes and teasing smile were more than the Doctor was accustomed to. But when he realised her flirtatious demeanour was an attempt to lighten the load of the Time War, he felt his hearts open to her.
The Moment would come. The Time War would end. But the Doctor would not be alone.

{ Went to the zoo today with a friend since a support service program that I’m apart of was letting students sign up to go. So I signed up for my best friend and I and we had a blast with going around on the tour. Seeing and hearing different facts and such about the animals we saw along with guilt tripping each other to buy something that we liked in the gift shop XD I hope the program does it again cause I needed that to get out and experience and even have fun with a friend~ }
"How to Lose an Extraterrestrial in Ten Days" THIS IS A REAL ROMANCE NOVEL.
When the skinny bloke with the wonky ear had shown up in Rose Tyler’s office, insisting he knew about an impending alien attack, the investigative reporter had rolled her eyes. But her boss saw a chance to punish her for outshining his nephew, and ordered her to spend ten days on the story.
On the first day, they had chips and he talked about his planet. The loneliness in his eyes was real, even if his story wasn’t. Rose took his hand when he told her how alone he was, and when surprise lit his brown eyes, she simply said, “There’s me.”
On the third day, a spaceship crashed into Big Ben while Rose and the Doctor walked hand-in-hand along the Embankment. They laughed together, and when the Doctor whispered, “Run!” Rose didn’t hesitate to follow.
After all, she still had seven days left. But when the assignment was over, would she still have her heart?

The Amazingly Virile Highwayman
The highwayman came riding...
Lady Rose Tyler had heard tales of the highwayman who rode up and down the Great North Road. None of the whispered warnings had hinted at the warm brown eyes that stared at her from behind the Doctor’s domino mask, or the wicked curve of his lips as he slid the ring from her finger.
Every night, impoverished James Lethbridge-Stewart tied on his mask and cape and roamed the highways of north of London, seeking the men who had killed his uncle and stolen his inheritance. To maintain his disguise, he would waylay a handful of vehicles each night, always victims he wagered could afford to lose a piece of jewellery.
But the ring he took from Lady Rose came at a much higher cost. Her laughing eyes and teasing smile stole James’ heart, and in the grassy verge on the side of the road, he taught her what it meant to ride with the highwayman.

New prompt meme!
I’m on spring break this week, and I want to do something fun. So, if you send me a romance novel title, I will write the back cover blurb for that novel, starring the Doctor and Rose.
Find a title here! Or here! Or here! Or just send me one you’ve seen or made up off the top of your head. Feel free to replace a word in one of those randomly generated titles with something Doctor Who related–like, swap out secretary for companion, Sicilian for Time Lord, etc.
One tiny caveat: Titles that imply lack of consent squick me out, so pass on those. Example: “Selected: A Forced Bride in Bed.”
That’s it! Send me your titles, and I’ll be waiting to give you the intriguing summary of “For Pleasure… or Marriage?”
