#spring break problems

Over spring break, all of my friends are doing fun things like going to the beach, and skiing and taking fun road trips. And I’m stuck at home. And I don't mean I’m having a relaxing “staycation”. Nope. I mean that today, I helped my mom buy curtains. That’s the kind of spring break I’m having. Thank you, life, for throwing unbelievably exciting things my way.

probably shouldn’t have stayed up til 4:15 am watching gilmore girls oops

once I stayed up til 6:30am over winter break and my sister and parents were already up for school/work-- they saw me awake and assumed I had stayed up all night bc no way would I ever willingly get up that early lol

I think all the food that I over-indulged in while on Spring Break is catching back up with me. I feel super bloated and my stomach hurts terribly! I usually don't eat TOO BAD, but I ate everything that my Exercise Science classes warned me about on break. I guess my body is just not used to 2 pounds of fried jumbo shrimp. I'm grateful that here on my campus we have amazing fitness facilities to help work off all those shrimp. Also, the wonderful thing about the human body is that it is YOUR masterpiece! Sometimes as young adults, we sometimes forget that we will not always look like this. We have some say in it! We all have those days that we feel that we don't look our best. Never fear, college student! You are the artist, erase those love handles if they bother you! Good luck.
