A nice lil Monday run! It was warmish out today, a bit windy, but overall really nice! It almost felt like real spring!! I actually felt really good on this run! I just trotted along and listened to my music. Did an arm workout when I got back and it was good! 🏃🏼‍♀️💪🏻 Happy Monday is over! On to Tuesday 😊

Well that went pretty well. Feeling good about the race coming up on Saturday! My goal is 10 miles in 100 min, but it's supposed to be 87 degrees so all bets might be off.
