You must specifically direct the massage therapist on what type of massage you want. I usually get soft Swedish Massages most of the time. The woman I had is one of three Massage therapists that work there and I had a Sports Massage with a hot towel that felt good on my back. 🌟🌟🌟🌟
I find many Orlando spas lack Ambiance and are rather plain inside. The price was good for a full hour massage. Normally they charge $55.00 an hour.
I was massaged from my head down to my toes for one hour and it felt good after working out for two hours at YOUFIT, including Zumba. However, I prefer spas with Posh interiors that truly set the mood. I guess I am a spoiled SPA GIRL. Four stars because the massage was intense and the therapist listened to my request but it was too plain inside the spa for me.
