The coolest little seance room tucked away near #springerville & #eagar #arizona I couldn't stand at the top, I am 6'4" so it seemed too likely to break for me but still! Super cool find, hope the person who made it doesn't mind I am posting it & who knows maybe we talk eventually lol
The Admiral did wonderfully on the Devil’s Highway this weekend 💙
Ran up to a small town to adopt my dog. This town is so small that it doesn’t have any chain brand department stores. A couple of gas stations and grocery stores are there. This anqtiue shop/coffee bar is called Junk n Java. Formerly known are Java Blues and in another life is was a bar and grill. Where people that were driving thru could stop in for a drink and bite to eat.

Yup, going & finding that post will help you
ive been awake long enough to definitely need sleep.
g'night even though its, for me, almost noon.
I got up around 4-6pm yesterday.
White Mountain Regional Medical Center Experience & the resultive conclusion I have gotten to from their tests & medication help combined with continued symptoms
Cricopharyngeal spasm, allergies, & the pill esophagitis acting together with the migraines hitting me previously
White Mountain Regional Medical Center is what I'm going to be getting checked out further to confirm, but the allergy meds you gave me & I bought the zyrtec latter together with the steroid the last check-in worked finally to reducing the issues
I do believe the ct scan you did, just anxious because I'm still having that issue. Ended up finding out later online it matches with the cricopharyngeal spasm perfectly especially when lined up with a pill stuck in the throat that dissolved & ended up causing irritation & inflammation together. Just happened to be a bad week for my allergies & migraines.
Not your faults. It's weird that the one nurse didn't know what ubrelvy was & had to look it up to believe me for a migraine medication.
Not trying to pick on the doctor I saw that gave me the throat numbing med, but that didn't help so much as it kinda reduced pain, but not the swelling & or the spasm. Not his fault, same with the other guy I saw in inpatient back in the day.
Same for the nurse, I just didn't want to become another horror story where for some weird reason it just wasn't caught on scan. Which, extremely unlikely, would be my life.
The soda option just seemed to get my gerds going later/that night, but dissolved the pill. They didn't know, my throat, yet it was going to be as inflamed & irritated as it was later. The turning point lady nurse that decided to just be as blatant & obvious "here look at me fill up my tumbler with water & this sticker on it" as she could that was gleeful I was in the ER that night going through qulipta & my adhd meds helping cause the issues I was in there for, together with an small amount of edible cannabis.
I had to actually brute force this because you guys weren't willing to look things up & treat me. Which is fair, because its not a normal reaction.
Qulipta seems to have other users online that have experienced this issue like me who also need to take adhd medication. Then with the spasm thing, on top of hitting my throat later with the pill not going down, it just hit as a storm of issues that all didn't go away.
If, for whatever reason, you have a patient like myself who happens to have a similar medication list, it might help them in treatment if they come in.
I had to ask for those steroids & allergy meds, after I continued having issues & was released from the ER with them continuing, but less severe. Which just means my meds worked through then allergies worked in, kick starting it all over again as the pill esophagitis irritation & inflammation hadn't gotten treated yet.
I'm doing better now, but I finally figured it out today because I took my qulipta & it happened all over again! slowly adding my meds until my adhd meds were added in & BOOM! Immediately starts up again. Less intensely, but yeah. The meds you gave me that night, have really helped, it just sucks I had to get that done through asking without you knowing what is the right call on that side.
To me, you guys know a lot more, probably deal with this kind of thing all the time. Believing it was simply anxiety & all in my head was a bad call, if that is what you thought it was. Turns out, it was mostly harmless, but it could have gotten worse with those allergies & that already irritated throat of mine.
Anyways, each time I went in, it seemed none of the doctors could remember me, my meds, & what I was previously in there for. That isn't good. You guys need to talk, patient histories are a big deal & can give you clues into what is going on, I know you know that. You are hired there for a reason after all!
I'll post this in the town's subreddit too, as well as a few other places. Like I said, I still need a full diagnosis from real doctors for the spasm & so on. But, yeah, it seems to line up with your scan you gave me already & the real symptoms I was experiencing.
You wouldn't need to do a scope to have checked off the neck tightness & the pill from before, together with being prescribed the omeprazole otc for my gerds, knowing I have anxiety & migraines, together with seasonal allergies as being something that was a part of this. The qulipta you couldn't have known about, outside of a few people that have this rare side effect like me.
So, here's me telling you so it helps you White Mountain Regional Medical Center hopefully.
The way people treat me is what makes me start having issues being vulnerable with them. I don't trust the hospital that much, yet, I guess.
Previous post before this going over what was going on on Facebook
So, as of the day before my appointment with my psychiatrist at #littlecoloradobehavioralhealth after leaving a message with Tony directly she's called and said that the message was finally received. Today.
After talking to her directly a week prior. Tony. For my meds. Something about it somehow being at St John's office, the message, that was left. On her machine.
Considering I doubt Dr tallona suddenly before vacation changed her approach with just refilling my meds, I would say it's likely Tony that had the issues & input the refills incorrectly & never bothered to recheck.
But I don't know how that works, just that a month went by & it was only fixed just before my new appointment with my psychiatrist.
My #neurologist had been sent a prior authorization back in October. Yes, October. After contacting them, it still hasn't been done.
My #dermatologist at #hamblindermatology has finished my prior authorization after their staff changes & vacation. I got my labs, I think, done in November. My meds are being sent tomorrow.
They sent for them, the refill, in no way until January I think.
My #bannerhealthneurologist in #mesaarizona has sent multiple meds to #westerndrug #pharmacy & none of them went through outside of the already approved with the prior authorization from the previous doctor that left, none have been able to be filled still & I have contacted them 3 to 4 times already & even told them it's the prior authorization, as well as my pharmacy.
Having sent it to them again! Out of all of this, it's been bad. Every time I bring it up the front desk gets "cagey" in tonality & very mean on the phone.
My case manager should also be on top of this, Tony/Dr tallona, regarding meds & know if this isn't normal & or is. As they handle a part of my clinic stuff with me & do have that in their records. They are swamped with a case load, but still not much help from that end & it's not my job to do a prior authorization for my doctors. As I have no ability to fill them out ever, literally not my job it's the doctor's jobs.
Same for checking my refill expiration dates, that's my clinic. The SMI clinic's I go to job, as invasive as they are it still ought to mean they help me with some of this as it can be difficult for me to stay on top of this. If not them, my dang doctors & their help.
The dermatologist I think was just going through employees & it got lost. The neurologist has nothing, my clinic looks like it was retaliation. It might not be, but it looks that way. This isn't the first issue that happens consistently when I'm not on their good side & or something changes on their end.
If it was over work, then it's pretty obvious months of that should have been fixed after they trained the last ones that left after insurance was needing to be paid for & or their pay became that bad for them after a point.
It's extremely expensive to drive that far & hard on your vehicles. That's my case manager side. Not my psychiatrist side. I get tellehealth visits & most of it is handled through Tony. If she needs another person then I should not be telling anyone that hiring someone will help.
Don't know what rumors are going around but it reminds me of the Amanda Thomas situation regarding I suddenly have earned income, whereas before I did not. Even going as far as to highlight something on a page for my case manager instead of simply saying that it is this or not. Thinking that is an appropriate response, clear petty anger as a response to her.
She got upset with me & retaliated then tried to 10 day notice me for a faulty ac unit that their contractor hasn't put up the new one, still. Months of waiting can happen all the time for anything here, still haven't fixed the brown water from the rusty pipes either they have.
They got rid of Hannah, the person who would only just follow up with an email. Guess that was enough to anger them.
#springervilleaz #Arizona an AC unit that would be easily able to be fought against in court to the nature of its failure. With a person upset I hung lights up with a easily peeled tape that doesn't stick enough to care at all, saying holes in the wall from staples is the destruction of the entire wall somehow. Tape already peeling off with no rips to the wall g no residue left behind. Adhesive remover should be a standard tool he has as well.
Any work, ever, is bad apparently for him. But I paid for it & it's still not a thing. The guy who lived here last destroyed the place, to a degree, Jimmy in 2 yeeted out a stove that is finally in Apt 2 again. Truthfully they are trying to trump up stuff & that's why it's retaliation, in its obvious looking intention.
Probably saw it, went nope I'll have tallona get gone after because then I can blame someone else & not have my mistake go after me & others are doing it too & I want him to have an issue. He thinks he's soooo great. Classic stuff.
Incompetence isn't the neurologist either, it looks massively intentional too but for other reasons regarding the prior authorization & the pharmacy saying they were mean.
Others got their meds. Get it? Yeah you do.
So!
I have #Arizonacompletecare #ahcccs & it seems my doctors needed to send prior auths
Which they apparently haven't, yet after months of waiting for my #neurologist & labs were done in last year for my #dermatologist
My #pharmacy has sent them those paperworks months ago
For my dermatologist at #hamblindermatology , my neurologist #bannerhealthneurology , & so on
Then to top it off my #refill from my #smiclinic expired exactly at the refill date & the other med hasn't been sent at all
I have left them #littlecoloradobehavioralhealth an message & talked over the phone 2 days ago about it & it still hasn't been sent in at all
The one I filled out on the 5th last month isn't being filled now as of the 5th of Feb either
They are open only tomorrow, my clinic as they have a 3 day only in springerville Az for little Colorado. Honestly trying to figure this one out #safeway & #westerndrug pharmacy people & White Mountain Regional Medical Center
It would seem that they are intentionally trying to not give me medicine that helps me, from my perspective currently with the information I have as of right now
My psychiatrist went on vacation & had refills set up ahead of time, did Tony send them in wrong? Or my psychiatrist Bobby tallona? Did my on vacation doctor Hann happen to not do it, or their staff? Or the neurologist staff or doctor?
They still haven't put up the window AC unit I paid for months ago #hom #springervilleaz #EagarAZ #pinetoplakesideaz #showlowarizona #mesaaz which why do I need a prior auth for refills of meds I'm on Governor Katie Hobbs Attorney General Kris Mayes ? Why do your insurance doctors #trump my actual doctors?
