Last run on the lockdown as restrictions are lifted as of tomorrow. During the last few weeks I e been running my speed sessions on the treadmill and my longish runs outside. I would usually see one other runner out. Tonight after more than a month, I bumped into my running mates as I was speeding up for the 10 last minutes of my run. I turned around, and followed them about 50m behind, not sure they knew I was there. But such was my joy. I picked up the pace nicely to keep up with them, got my pulse up nicely and left them where our roads separated.
