Spring into Success - Day 2!
Steps: c25k 3/4 days a week, HIIT running 2 days a week to build speed and endurance
Measurable outcome: run my first 5k on May 10th without stopping!
Reward: new pair of running shoes!
Steps: PLAN PLAN PLAN (plan and prep every Sunday), limit eating out to 1x a week, go back to no refined sugars, track it on all mfp (nickycole92)
Measurable outcome: the scale, but how great I’ll feel! I think if I lose about 10 more pounds I’ll fit in smaller pants.
Stick with workout schedule
Steps: Make a schedule on Sunday based on my weekly schedule/what I want to accomplish (daily cardio, weight lifting, etc)
Measurable outcome: a happier, healthier me :)
Reward: maybe upgrading my gym membership to include tanning/massage
In bed by 10, tech free until AM
Steps: maybe keep phone across the room? (clean room first), play quiet music, and read
Measurable outcome: better sleep
