#springintoyoga ARM AND CORE STRENGTH!!! this is excitimg, I’ve been attempting this for a while now and today I finally managed to hold myself up without any pain or discomforts, my neck nice and limp and relaxed. ((You can see how wonky my right knee is in this vid!)) First major goal reached, and I am so excited to continue this climb! The most major advice I got from all my close friends who are well practiced in their yoga training was that you should ALWAYS listen to your body and ALWAYS stretch beforehand.
