OPTIMIC : THE OFF THE WALL AND ENERGETIC BOY, 2014
The artist got the inspiration from the teenager who love their own style. It impressed her that they don’t mind whatever people think of them and don’t follow the fashion. Therefore, I created Optimic.Optimic has high self-esteem about himself and positive personality even though he is too thin to show his sense of fashion off
남들의 시선보다도 자기애가 강한 요즘의 소년과 청년들, 유행보다도 자기 개성을 사랑하는그 생기 발랄한 모습이 인상적이어서 Optimic 이라는 캐릭터를 탄생 시켰다. 삐쩍 말라서 속상해하긴 커녕 “더 키 커보이는 것 같아. 옷 테가 나서 좋아” 하는 긍정의 아이콘 Optimic 엉뚱하고, 어설프더라도 유쾌하고 즐거운 에너지를 담고 싶었다.
