Jack walked around this time, spreading snow where ever he wen this time of year. He knew that North was busy with the gifts that he was preparing for the kids and it was his job to create snow for his sleigh, where his snow would be able to set. Something peeked in the distance and it caught the spirits attention. Jack blinked and lifted into the air. "Wind, take me to that building?" He asked and he was pushed off, landing on the building. "Hellow? Anyone home!" He called, swinging down to look through the window, hanging upside down.

Paragraph Sample: The soft sound of footsteps on snow echoed through the trees as Elk slowly sauntered toward a secluded cove. As he tread through the water, his breath formed hot clouds of steam that drifted away on the wind. A stalactite of ice hung in the middle of the cave. As elk neared the spike of ice, he sent out a hot cloud of breath, a melting drop of water creeping down the icicle and dripping into the pool below. Ripples danced over the water as a figure emerged, glistening and bright. The watery form sailed out of the cove gracefully, her hair, wings and tail sweeping out behind her. As she neared the snowy ground, Spring rose above the water, embracing Elk before extending her wings and gliding over the snow. Her dewy appearance quickly transformed into lush greenery and she skimmed over the land, leaving blossoms and green grass in her wake. Elk followed at a distance as Spring neared The Waking Tree. She slithered over the bows of the tree, caressing its bark gently as cherry blossoms sprouted forth. The delicate pink blossoms would serve to all who saw them as a sign, Spring had awakened and she was beginning to work her magic.
Thanks so much for creating a wonderful group and taking the time to read my audition!
One Spring afternoon, a strange visitor was wandering through the forest. The small two-and-a-half foot black rabbit held a very old bit of parchment up to his face, occasionally glancing up as he walked.
"No, that can't be right, I already passed by here," he muttered to himself. "It says, 300 paces past the squiggly box shape... What landmark is that supposed to be? I didn't pass anything like that! Ugh... doggone old map!" he groaned in frustration.
He had been wandering around here for hours, and though he hated to admit it, it was becoming apparent that he was completely lost. Who was he supposed to ask for directions though? The trees?
Aurora had heard that at her birth, the fairies had given her a gift, and one was that she would, "Walk with Springtime wherever she goes." It seemed to be no mere coincidence then, that her favorite season was spring, however early one april morning, when she was out with Gisella riding horses, Aurora seemed to think that Spring was trying to talk to her
Saph smiled broadly as she came across a secluded meadow. having been looking for an out of the way place for awhile now. She needed to practice her magic, and to do so she needed to separate from people so no one could get hurt. She nodded to herself as she looked over the spot "This is perfect. Now....which to start with?"
She stood still, thinking for a moment and feeling a slight breeze move through, kicking up the scent of the all the wildflowers there. "Hmm I'm doing great with wind...same with earth I think...no lakes or pounds or rivers so water's out...guess I'm practicing fire for now." The redhead muttered to herself before reaching into her jacket pocket, pulling out a lighter. She flicked it to life, smiling a little at the small flame before holding her free hand out and concentrating on it, making the flame float over to hover above her palm.
"Okay....basic shape molding should be good for now." She stated to herself, slipping the lighter back into her pocket and holding her hand out. The flame moved forward, floating and growing a bit as she focused on shaping it into a sphere.
The Cat had never met nor seen anything like the creature he had just shimmered into existence near. The shimmer was more like a burn without heat - orange and yellow and showing the Cat to the world, whichever world it was. He didn't say anything, though, and instead watched with his ever-present grin in pace.
"And that's pretty much it. So now, I'm flowerless. And I need flowers for them. That's....just what others give when someone has a baby." The doll explained as she sat on the ground, looking at her friend.
The caterpillar said nothing. It just kept itself on the leaf, blowing in the breeze.
".....you don't talk much do you? You remind me of my friend Elisa." She said with a smile. "I just hope I can find some nice ones here." She looked around the forest she was in, checking if there were any nearby.
