Free Grass Installation Price Estimate — Houston, TX

Thinking about installing new sod in your yard? We offer free price estimates over the phone — as long as you already know how many pallets you need and whether you’ll need enriched topsoil or fill dirt. From there, we can give you a straight price per pallet that includes everything: the sod, topsoil (if needed), labor, and delivery. Note: The price per pallet is slightly higher if we have to clean out and remove the old grass and weeds.

👉 If we need to send someone out to your property to take measurements and calculate how many pallets you need, we charge a small site visit fee. That fee gets deducted from your final invoice if you move forward with us — we just need to cover the time and logistics it takes to get the job assessed properly.

Here’s how it works:

We load your sod pallets and our skid steer with pallet forks onto the trailer.

We secure everything, haul it out to your property, and use the skid steer to unload your pallets right onto your driveway or the part of the yard you direct us to.

If you’re also getting topsoil, we bring it out in a separate dump truck and spread it as part of the install.

It’s a full job — not just tossing grass in your yard. We prep, deliver, unload, and install everything so your lawn looks great and stays healthy.
