The Fairytale Tree

Doing some watercolour-only painting to unwind and refresh in between Art Fight! It's very fun to do, no sketching, no reference images, no lineart, just painting and seeing where it goes! Especially fun to experiment with stuff I don't draw so often! Unsurprisingly my mind went to the Efteling so here's the Fairytale Tree! While I definitely took a moment to get used to his design when I first saw him, once I actually took some time to sit down and listen, watching the really impressive movement and detailing on him in the theme park itself, I really enjoyed him! I usually listen to at least one fairytale whenever I pass by him now.
