Learning how to dry meat is a good idea right now.

It seems easy enough.

Slice a few pieces, put it in the sun.

Is that all it takes though?

Pretty much, but there are some small details in the process of doing it that may be essential to know.

And dehydrating meat in the sun is a part of this recipe.

It does a 75% dry, but continuiing on with the process and skipping the recipe would be a good way to just dehydrate the meat.
