It’s spooky season friends! It’s always spooky season here at Fazbears Fright!!

I’m back, my health is managed a little better, and my anti depressants seem to be working, so let’s get back into this FNAF goodness!!

So... yeah.

I got laid off.  

I’m currently looking hard for work.  I’ve sent out a ton of applications, and I’m hoping to hear back from some!  :)

In the mean time, I’ve cleaned my house, (The bedroom is still a mess, I’ll be getting that together this week)

I’ve begun writing again, and I’m trying to get back into drawing again.  It’s not been easy!  But, I want to get back into drawing FNAF again!  

I’ve got a story I still want to tell.  I’d love to also have the FNAF characters answer your questions.  It’s been a little while, but I would LOVE an ask or two to get me started.  Anyone want to take me up on this?  :)

The FNAF cast will answer every ask we get!  Since I’m out of work at the moment!  Hopefully, it won’t last too long, but I’ll have the drawing bug again!

📂 Springtrap and 📂 Withered Bonnie?

Springtrap - His vision is VERY BAD.  He’s almost blind, as the suit doesn’t work very well for him visually.  He has quick access to an internal map of the fright, but everything else appears in that crappy green LED screen that we used to see on computer monitors.  It doesn’t load in very quickly at all, and in order to get an accurate current picture of his surroundings he has to pause, and sort of stare for a little bit.  Once it loads in, he can see he’s not going to trip on anything...because the puppet loves to leave stuff in his path so he trips over it.  

Withered Bonnie - His nights are spent mainly wandering around the restaurant.  He doesn’t interact with many beyond Foxy and Mangle.  He and Mangle usually just sit in silence together and sometimes watch videos on the devices they steal from the revolving door of night guards they’ve killed.  He and Foxy like to talk about the good old days, but that can send W. Bon into a spiraling depression, where he’ll just want to be alone.  Sometimes, you can catch him on the toy’s stage with Toy Bonnie’s guitar, just...remembering.

How about Toy Freddy, Toy Bonnie, Toy Chica, and Mangle? 📂📂📂📂

Over all - They all do have their own souls in them!  They know something is going down, and they also have to protect the children from the murderer.  The murderer is a night guard, and they just need to get a good look at the guard and run their face against the national database. There’s something weird about the database, but they just need to be able to do that...

Toy Freddy - He loves arcade games!  He will cheerfully use fistfulls of Faz coins to play the video games on nights that they’re not stalking the hallways.  His idea of a perfect night is playing table hockey with Toy Bonnie.

Toy Bonnie - Super flirty!  He flirts with anyone who even looks his direction.  Including the Night Guard if he’s wearing the mask.  He legitimately cannot tell that it’s not Original Freddy.  He’ll sometimes sit on the desk and chat with the poor guard until he’s called away by actual Original Freddy.  This cognitive dissonance doesn’t bother his little processor at all.

Toy Chica - She follows along with Original Chica’s love of cooking.  She’s however much better at it and will spend a lot of time in the kitchen with Original Chica learning how to make a wide variety of pizzas and cupcakes.  Unfortunately, she doesn’t retain anything that she’s learned the previous night, so you can literally teach her how to make chocolate muffins every night, and she thinks she’s learned something new. 

The Mangle - She wants to be in EVERYONE’S business.  He’ll slink along the ceiling and eavesdrop everywhere.  She knows what everyone does every night, and just hangs out on the ceiling watching everything. If you want to know what’s going on, ask Mangle.  Good luck understanding him though.  The animatronics have an HUD with which they can read what Mangle is saying.

I have not ye!

Over all - All of the animatronics know they are animatronics.  They know that they need to protect the children from the Night Guard, for...some reason...  They know that adults in the building after hours aren’t good, and they’re frustrated that no one can understand why.  They know that something BAD will happen on the weekend if they don’t kill the guard before he does...whatever...it is he’s going to do, so they try harder and harder each night to end him, and hide him in a spare Freddy suit.  That always seems to work...

Freddy - The leader, they’ll differ to him.  He doesn’t like coming off the stage, because he knows that Bonnie and Chica are usually very efficient in what they’re doing.  He knows they get distracted though, so sometimes he has to come down and do the dirty work.

Bonnie - Freddy’s Right Hand.  He’s very much a people pleaser, he wants Freddy to approve of him, and he seems to think that, someday, he will inherit the position of leader.  He calls Freddy “Boss” a lot and likes to try to upstage him.  He’s easily distracted, and tends to forget what he’s doing when he’s down the hall.  He typically remembers when he sees Freddy.  Oh!  Right!  Kill the night guard.  Right.  Ooh!  is this a new cleaning solution?

Chica - She’s less interested in killing the night guard and more interested in food and cooking!  She likes to think that she’s a great cook, but she can really only cook a very limited number of things.  She has good days and bad days, sometimes she makes a pizza, other days she just makes a mess.  The staff has all kinds of theories about what’s going on in the kitchen, but since they never replace the camera there, they think it’s a poulterghiest...rather than a poultry-ghiest.

Foxy - He wants to be on Stage again, and loves when the camera is on him!  Wait..the camera’s been on him too long...they’re staring at his sorry condition, aren’t they?  They’re making fun of the fact he’s not been fixed up in years!  Well, he’ll SHOW THEM!

Wanted to thank you for giving so much love and support to our fandom. You’ve helped a lot of fellow creators find confidence and friendship by sharing their work (and with kind words that have saved many a discouraged heart), not to mention your own art was an introduction for a good many of us to the fandom itself- myself included. Thank you for being a force of kindness around here- you’re awesome!

So, I read this a day or two ago at one of my lowest points.  I’ve just been laid off thanks to the Virus, and as someone who derives a lot of their worth through their job, this means a lot to me.

Thank you so very much for reaching out.  Apart from my lovely husband, FNAF is the other thing I define myself on.  I want to be seen as a nice person, and I hope that, with my newfound free time, I’ll be able to get more of that art out that folks seem to enjoy!  

And thank you so much for the kind words, they were so perfectly timed, exactly what I needed to hear, and it warmed my heart!

Trying to get back into Tumblr after a bit of a distance, and I love it, and love the fandom!

Working

I’m working very hard on getting myself together, while so much else falls apart.  

I’m struggling.  I am.  But I’ve got reasons to keep fighting.  To keep going.  

I’ll be back to my fullest one day.  As soon as I can get enough sleep, and get my house to a state I can live in it in.  It’s not there yet, but it will be.  :)
