@momma.vice and I are tasting the spruce tip beer/wine we bottled a couple weeks ago. It's lightly carbonated, dry, and refreshing. It has a citrusy aroma, like bitter orange. The taste is slightly sweet, citrusy, and hard to describe, maybe spruce, but definitely not piney.
