She appears to be very comfortable with people, and greets each new person in a friendly manner, hoping maybe they have some treats to share with her. When Cracker first arrived at the shelter, she was a bit shy and quiet, but as she has adjusted to her new world, she has turned into a spunky girl. One volunteer has nicknamed her "Firecracker." Cracker is easy to harness and is an active girl on a walk, wanting to be the pack leader, sometimes even breaking into a run. She seems to get along with her kennel mate, and with other dogs she has met at the shelter. Cracker can sometimes be silly and playful, rolling around on the grass or a towel or blanket on the ground. Cracker has a joyful spirit that would brighten the lives of the lucky family that discovers her charm and takes her home - why not come in to meet her?
