I was born at this moment, precisely--firework streaming against the black sky as my mother screams, writhing against the drugs that brought me to life. I love this moment, each time I imagine it my face turns up to the sky howling in pure rage, my mouth open to swallow anything the earth has planned for me, even this rocket that still has not quite yet decided to descend.
