Reuben Wu, Spybar

The beloved English electronic band is releasing a new, self-titled album in 2019. Tonight at Spybar, band member Reuben Wu gives what’s billed as a Ladytron DJ set. Perhaps we’ll hear some new jams?

Local techno producer Hiroko Yamamura and DJ Patrixia open.

Ryley Walker, Empty Bottle

The beloved Chicago guitarist/Twitter master celebrates a year in which he released two albums: the arty Deafman Glance and Dave Matthews Band covers album The Lillywhite Sessions. Expect to hear songs from the former and a smattering of older material, even perhaps from the self-lamented fan favorite Primrose Green.

Ohmme (just Sima Cunningham and Macie Stewart in a duo set) and producer/vocalist/cornetist Ben Lamar Gay open.
