Spydra

A mean, rude, disrespectful, selfish and arrogant megalomaniac, Spydra will do anything to achieve her goal of conquering the world.  Aided by a flock of witless goons and henchmen, Spydra concocts intricate schemes that are always foiled by the young Gadget Boy and his Interpol agent ally, Heather.  

The villainess’ origins remain a mystery and it is unknown if her multiple appendages are a mutation, the product of her being of a different species, or merely automated prosthetics.  She keeps her face hidden behind a mask and claims that she is quite beautiful; although it is rumored that her visage is so ghastly as to have the effect of turning anyone who sees it to stone.  

Actress Monique Thierry provides the voice for Spydra in the original French language series (with Louise Vallance voicing he character in the English language dub).  The villainess first appeared in the debut episode of Gadget Boy and Heather, airing on September 9th, 1995.

I DON'T THINK (HARDLY) ANYONE ON HERE KNOWS ABOUT THE SHOW "GADGET BOY"

OR,AT LEAST THEY DON'T POST ABOUT IT

If I had watched more than one or two episodes when I was younger I would be more disappointed

I mostly just remember the show because a preview with just the theme song/opening was on some of my DVDs of the (animated portions) of the original (?) "Super Mario Bros. Show" and mabey my DVD of some "Sonic Underground" episodes.

I also remember I had a little fascination with the show's villain Spydra.

It wasn't quite a crush, I'd have to say it was an alterous/ambiguous attraction

Speaking of which the same thing happened with Myaxx (I can never remember her name and feel bad for that lol) from "Be 10". Specifically "Ben 10:Secrets of the Omnitrix"

Sooo yeah,these were kinda my first crushes (along with Bill Cipher)

Hey, it’s been forever, but Spydra got her reference!

Spydra is one of the main characters for my project, When Reality Bleeds. Demons in this setting aren’t actually demons, but people who did pacts with extraplanar beings and are changed in time by them, both in body and mind.

However, the being she did a pact with -who manifest in golden and black body parts, most commonly eyes and a smoking arm- has a surprisingly nice and merciful relationship with her. She rarely elaborates, as she works for Overseer Industries, and they aren’t too fond of their people meddling around with things bigger than them.
