Interest check

Anyone interested in an idea? A small child Aria left in someone’s care? Or an age regression gone completely wrong and someone made to take on the act of carer? Or made a promise to her dying mother to take care of her (I.e. Les miserable and Val Jean and cosette.). And it doesn’t have to be an older taking care of her, could be that she and your character then grow up together.

Samandriel has been desperate for inspiration recently.

He’s been in a rut. An undefeatable, angering artistic rut. He had gotten flyer a week earlier about a new gallery opening, and he immediately planned his week around going to said gallery, convinced it would help him get at least a little inspiration. That was how he ended up sitting on a bench, half-heartedly sketching random attendees before getting bored and giving up.

Then a new person entered the gallery. It was that rare moment for an artist when you just see someone so aesthetically pleasing artistically that your fingers itch to draw them. So he had no choice to awkwardly get up and approach the man. “U-uhm, excuse me, sir...but uh, may I draw you? I’ve been in a bit of a rut lately, but I have a feeling this may help me a tad.”

Dog Tags

It was maybe around 4 am when Eloise heard the barking first. It passed her house maybe four or six times now before she finally got out of bed, maneuvering passed all her unpacked boxes that scattered across her house. 

Her dad, her younger sister and herself had just recently moved her for his job while her brothers were off at college.

“Hey, you may be a morning...dog, but I ain’t a morning person. At least this early. What the hell. You’re gonna wake up my dad and then we’re both in trouble” She muttered, slowly walking down her driveway. “C’mere. Where did you come from?” El stood a distance from the dog, waiting for him to come to her. Once it did, she allowed him to grow comfortable with her for a bit until she slowly reached to look at his collar. “Sit, boy. Sit, Max.” She read, memorizing the address. “Alright, I’m gonna grab some coffee and then I’ll take you back, alright?” The blonde grinned, tapping her thigh to initiate the German Shepherd to follow her into her house. 

Making a cup of coffee for her dad and a small peanut butter sandwich for energy, El looked down at the dog that sat beside her in the kitchen. “You want some?” She took a spoonful of peanut butter and watched as he gulped it down, now trying to get the extra off of the roof of his mouth. “Good, huh?” Her uncles were in the military, always bringing their dogs over when they visited home. Jinx, Derringer, and Scout. They kept Scout after her uncle died when she was a kid. Her uncle, Sam’s, military dog tags still hung around her neck, never taking it off.

Finally, she brought Max into her car and put the address into her GPS. “Thanks for keeping me company and waking me up, I guess. How needs an alarm anymore.” El smirked, backing out of her driveway. The sun was rising at around 6:30, nearing 7 now. Munching on her sandwich, she turned to the street that matched the tags. 

“C’mon.” She called, getting out of the car and waiting for Max to follow. “You make me miss having a dog.” The girl muttered, rubbing her eyes before knocking on the front door.

"So I was wondering if maybe you'd be interested in dinner tonight?" He asked, leaning in her office doorway as he held out some flowers for her. The two birthday cards were hidden behind his back. He wouldn't have known if Ariel hadn't told him and he only knew because Ariel was talking about how upset she was she wouldn't get to be with her mom on her birthday.

Hearing his voice made Lydia look up from her work only to smile at the flowers he had. “I’m guessing you had a talk with my little one?” She said with a small forced smile. Lydia was upset about not seeing her mother today but, she was going to try to make the best of it. She stood up and walked over to him, taking the flowers and looking at him. “Dinner would be great.”

The lighthouse was beyond gorgeous. Luke really had planned everything out for their weekend away. It was nice to turn her phone off and just focus on them for the weekend. “This is beautiful, Luke. Everything is.” She said still looking around before going to look at him with a grin.

Child of Mine

Two weeks had passed and avoiding became harder and harder. Avoiding him, avoiding the reason. 

Eloise had no idea what she was thinking at the moment, how she was feeling? How would Cam even react? After their talk of graduation and one day running her country. This wasn’t the plan, how could you plan this? The thought was never-ending for the past two weeks and each time it made her even more scared. What if she wasn’t ready? Of course, she wasn’t ready and she possibly would never be.

Pacing in her dorm, papers scattering the form of research (both school and pregnancy), stress lines began to line across her eyes. She couldn’t eat, she couldn’t eat. Her stressed passing was interrupted by a knock.

Shit.  

El ignored for awhile until he was practically pounding.

“Dammit.” She couldn’t avoid it this time, not anymore. Holding her breath, she moved to open the door.

Fenrir looked at him for a moment, there was a smile creeping on his face actually strongly pleased that the Omega was asking something like this of him. Yes apart of him really believed it was all an act, that it was all apart of the show they were giving to the other Alpha. That didn’t mean he couldn’t enjoy it while it was there. “..it will be my honor.” Yes he could be a gentleman, if you get past the mood swings and sas. His arm reached out grabbing Luke quickly spinning him in close catching him so that their noses almost touch. “Like this?”
