tinies with high pitched voices

I can imagine that tinies and giants who have high pitched or very low pitched voices stop talking to humans because humans wouldn’t be able to understand them.

I think in that trope tinies and giants start to learn sign language auch as ASL

A lot of G/t folks would just talk via signing. Which I can imagine would be a great way to express yourself if they can’t otherwise.

There are so many possibilities.
