First, I would like to thank my Patreons for helping me with the issue I ran into. This advanced update was the most WIP my WIP has ever been. It has everything!

Random passages disconnected from the rest of the story

Looping choices that slingshot you backwards

Over 32,000 words of confusion

I jest (Not really, I almost cried looking at it)

Fortunately my patreons have reviewed it and helped me sift through the rubble. I'm fixing it now and hopefully will have it in working order by Friday for them to actually enjoy this time haha!

hey! I'm reading the demo for the first time rn and I found a couple paragraphs with the wrong pronouns for Liam

"The weight settles comfortably over your sleeping bag, giving a small tug to pull you just that little bit closer. "Is this okay?" he mumbles, breath ghosting against your neck as she tucks her head below your chin.

Your neck grows warm from her rhythic breathing as well as her current closeness, the gentle movement expanding her chest to make it press closer to yours. The distraction movement almost makes you forget her question.

"Yes," you breathe before you let the calm thumping of her heart lull you to sleep."

I chose the option to set all possible ros as male so I guess this bit may have been coded wrong? (if it matters to help find this section, I chose for my mc to avoid all touch but cuddle with L anyway.) loving the story so far, I hope you have a good day!

Thanks for telling me, I'll change it with the next update! It was just several variables that, when mixed, ended up giving L the wrong pronouns.

This message is for Sarah and anyone else that has run into issues with a certain fight scene, palace scene, and the demo halting where it isn't supposed to.

hey not sure if youre aware, but im still getting the bug after killing catellus. it seems to only be on animal maul, i go through the maul scene and then it sends me to the bury scene before continuing as if only the bury scene happened. if i pick bury it proceeds as intended. im playing the cog demo.

I appreciate all of y'all letting me know about that bug. That bug, along with the multiple Bavana bugs, has been the main reason for the delay, besides my schedule.

I don't know what I was thinking, or on when I wrote those two scenes in particular. I've been looking back through it and it acts like it can't recognize the variable I used and it's like a nesting doll situation of trying to do temp stats and then realizing that won't work because each character is related to future events, so I can't just leave it in the single scene.

Ugh, I digress.

I am currently hiding from the code by answering y'all's questions.

Hello! Wasn't sure where to report this to, but in Chapter 6 when Desma kills that noble, it loops. I chose to stage the body as an animal attack and after teasing Merikh it changes to us burying him and has the exact same dialog options to pick from. I once again picked to tease him and it looped back to burying him again. All options with the beast attack loop to burying him and several options for burying also loop back to the start of the section. Might want to look at that section of code.

Also I'm really loving the story so far! Gonna romance Sutek so hard!

Quick question: Where did you play the demo? Itch or CoG Demos?

At one point it's mentioned Tamu moving both his hands. Does this mean he has a prosthetic arm or was that a typo?

I was so tempted to be like, "Oh yeah, it grew back. Did you miss the fantasy genre tag?"

Nah, that's a typo. Good catch! I'll hopefully fix that in my edits haha!
