Minase wasn't involved in Lostbelt 2. All of the characters that appeared in it were credited to Sakurai in the materials, except for Sigurd who we know was a collab between her and Higashide since he wrote Siegfried. Minase helped write Lostbelt 4, rather than 2, since he's credited for a few characters that show up in it like Tell, Lakshmibai, and Asclepius. People are just calling Minase because of the kids thing, but all signs point to it being a completely Sakurai solo adventure.
it’s not just the kids thing that makes people think minase was involved. his trademark empty and redundant dialogue writing is clearly visible throughout the chapter and there are even obvious switches in writing style between chapters that make it really blatant at which parts minase was in charge and where it was sakurai. it’s true that there is no hard confirmation of his involvement, but it’s a safe assumption to make because no other type moon writer is bad the way minase is.
