Carefree conscious clothing.
Sounds right. Reflects the brand, client has been silent for a very long time, worrying as production for design needs to start. Think i’ll have to begin production and deal with issues later.
After numerous cuts and editions in illustrator to edit and refine, I’ve come to these two final colour variants of the logo for awoken. Purple was too harsh and abrasive and I feel like these colour palettes have a neutral colour palette in line with the brand.
Development is strong but needs finessing to improve, ‘n’ letter isn’t really working and is proving difficult to read.
After some thinking and discussion decided to go back to the drawing board and try and come up with some fresher new ideas. Seen some really good development to potentially evolve in to a strong typeface.
First digitisation of logo, feedback from client was positive as a good start. Thinking of going back to the drawing board though as legibility is an issue. Potentially could be a shift in to lowercase, noticed trend of indpendent brands all being all upercase typefaces.
