6. Asong that reminds you of a place you’ve been
Ok, I can answer this in two ways.
a) Every time I think about the beach Ican’t help but have a Surf soundtrack in my mind (like Fenomeno Fuzz or Sr. Bikini) playing indefinitely.
b) Every time I find a new place (and especiallywith waterfalls) my mind immediately starts playing “huapango” by PabloMoncayo.
(I blame a beer brand for it, back when Iwas a child, Corona made a series of commercials depictingseveral placesin the country that were breath-taking and that you absolutely needed to visit)
In fact, ever since I have always thought of that song as the soundtrack for any natural beauty of my country, or even the country as whole…. at least in my mind.
18. A song that you work out to
This one is tricky. It depends on what Iam doing for the day. When I only run, I play Lemuria from Therion (the wholealbum). Because it helps me keep track of the time per song.
When I work out some other thing, usuallyI play guitar solos, because they help me loose myself in the exercise andforget everything else.
But, when I am doing something thatneeds to be done slowly… I play cello solos.
39. Your favorite instrumental (no lyrics/singing) song
I don’t have just one favourite. First I love any guitar solo…. They are my weakness.
If I had to pick, it would be Europa byCarlos Santana or Preludio Obsesivo by Rata Blanca (the one that begins with the aria…. I am not overly fond of the other)
If it is a classicone, it would be Air for the G String by Johann Sebastian Bach or Kanon D-dur byJohann Pachelbel
