Seriously though, I think the only thing about the whole situation that I haven’t experienced before is that someone stole someone else’s cancer medication, which is just so wtf that I can’t even believe it happened.
I’ve even had the horrible experience of a friend having their young child die (Fuck, J lives in the same state as Sasha does, Colorado, and her son died from a long-term, degenerative sickness, so it’s not even unique in the situation). My life. I don’t even know how this is my life.
On the plus side, I’m prepared for basically everything now. It just sometimes takes my brain a little bit to process everything that happened. Last night for about five hours after the Incident I was essentially walking around with a huge “BUFFERING....BUFFERING...” symbol above my head.
