Okay so I tried to make an animated stamp once again this time actually following this tutorial. Well most of it at least, cuz when it came to fix the 'canvas' size on the gif, they say you have to go to a different site to do it. But I figured out you can just fix the size on the first site so idk at least it doesn't have crusty stamp frames like the 'breakcore fans' one have The gif I used is a screen recording from this video by SCRB aka some random corrupt boi (go watch their animations they're very silly)
