We are thrilled to hear that you've had a such a good time with SRS this year!

We are always taking and collecting suggestions (not all of which get answered, so that we can keep them for future reference). We will definitely consider this one.

There has also been discussion of moving SRS to a time earlier in the year, so there might be time for two, but that will be entirely up to the next group of mods who run the next competition! :)

was mr3 deadline not dec 10? only 4 people got that. why did everyone get points?

Thank you for bringing this to our attention. We apologize. There was some miscommunication among the mods regarding which teams submitted before the deadline.

The leaderboard and tumblr posts have now been corrected and the points removed from the teams that did not submit their entries before the deadline.

We would like to extend an extra apology to any teams whose standings were affected by the recalculation.

part two of my team’s MR3 entry for SRS2013; this tied for second place and i am very proud! i’d never done anything like this before. the prompt was historical AU and i went with 1920’s for this. as the images are large, it’s in two parts. feel free to delete this if you want to reblog it

AU| in which sam, recently returned from germany and recovering from a shrapnel wound sustained in WWI, finds a job as lucifer ‘luke’ milton’s bodyguard and chauffer. with prohibition looming on the horizon, lucifer makes his move. its during long, cold nights of being stuck in the car while there is talk between the gang leaders that sam meets gabriel, fellow chauffer. with lucifer’s connections, sam’s brawn and gabriel’s cunning, atlantic city is at their feet in a matter of weeks. with extortion, sex and rum their currency, they dominate the city, and not even the bureau of prohibition can touch them.

Congratulations to our winners, Team Castiel/Lucifer, and well done to everyone who took part! This competition has been a great success again this year, producing over 300 fanworks and scoring a total of over 20000 points. It's been lovely working with you all. Team banners and a masterpost are being created and will be posted to tumblr as soon as they are completed.
