Wondering what the heck this competition even is? Well, this post’s for you!
The Teen Wolf Shipping Championship is a team-based competition. You’ll be in a team based around a ship. It will run over the course of the summer in a series of rounds. Each round has a prompt to guide your fanwork creation. For the three Main Rounds and the Collaborative Round, each entry will be read and voted on by the other members of the competition, and points will be assigned based on final rankings in the poll. For the Bonus Rounds, you simply have to leave prompts and fills to receive points. In the Main Rounds you create fills pertaining to your team’s ship; in the Bonus Rounds you mix it up.
A note about teams: We know that a lot of people are going to want Sterek. However, the teams have a cap to make the competition fair and reasonable for collaboration. Give some thought to what team you want to be on—go beyond Sterek. There are so many wonderful ships in this fandom, and the smaller teams would be so happy to have you. Don’t go onto a team for a ship you can’t get excited about, but don’t necessarily default to Sterek. Also, polyamory is completely allowed, and, for example, Allison/Scott, Isaac/Scott, Allison/Isaac, and Allison/Isaac/Scott would all be different teams. There’s a lot of potential here!

We are thrilled to hear that you've had a such a good time with SRS this year!
We are always taking and collecting suggestions (not all of which get answered, so that we can keep them for future reference). We will definitely consider this one.
There has also been discussion of moving SRS to a time earlier in the year, so there might be time for two, but that will be entirely up to the next group of mods who run the next competition! :)

Thank you for bringing this to our attention. We apologize. There was some miscommunication among the mods regarding which teams submitted before the deadline.
The leaderboard and tumblr posts have now been corrected and the points removed from the teams that did not submit their entries before the deadline.
We would like to extend an extra apology to any teams whose standings were affected by the recalculation.
Congratulations to our winners, Team Castiel/Lucifer, and well done to everyone who took part! This competition has been a great success again this year, producing over 300 fanworks and scoring a total of over 20000 points. It's been lovely working with you all. Team banners and a masterpost are being created and will be posted to tumblr as soon as they are completed.
Was the participation for MR3 counted in Leaderboard 4 or will that be part of the final Leaderboard?
