What is the deal with people including cc and mods they didn't create in their builds.

I really just want to delete my mods folder, these crashes and lags are starting to piss me off.
I want to just start fresh. But i cant even get into my Game to try to figure out all of Loxs cc, and cc tracker keeps crashing. Blarg. Time for bed, ill figure it out more tomorrow.
