GROW GAMES. A SMART SERVICE FOR URBAN AGRICULTURE

The 2nd semester theme in SSD was smart cities. By approaching the theme from a Strategic Design perspective we had to focus on social innovators and how smart technologies “embedded in the city’s fabric” can address their efforts. After a short preliminary research we decided to narrow our field to urban agriculture. Further motivation came by our interest as a group in games for social change. Hence, our problem statement.

As part of the Designing The Experience course in SSD, our group attended a five day workshop in which we were asked to represent our ideas about our service at that point using stop motion and video sketching techiniques
