The Sides (and Remy) as Monologues preformed in my theater class.
PATTON: Less of a monologue and more of a speech about acceptance and kindness and how you should always always treat people right. He ended in tears. Everyone stood and cheered. The teacher didn't bother to correct him.
Roman: Roman sang his entire narrative monologue about saving and rescuing the princess from a dragon-witch. the princess then expected to be married abruptly bringing the monologue to an end when roman came out as gay to the entire class.
logan: His was more of a how-to type monologue. how to get away with murder. He got really really into it. the class was terrified.
Virgil: He forgot. didn't write anything ahead of time. he then proceeded to recite various song lyrics and quotes from books. the only one who caught on was Logan. Patton cried.
Deceit: also didn't come prepared and kept contradicting himself throughout the whole presentation.
Remy: Remy went right after Roman. he had a pretty normal almost boring monologue planned but when he heard some hushed voices making fun of roman he decided to go a different route. you see Remy knew everything about everyone. so he started calling the people out who were being mean. he paced the stage with as much sass as he could manage and spilling every secret hed collected through the year. the teacher had to pull him off the stage.
