SSmonth Day 13: In Another World ♡
(Must not have feelings for elves!..)
(Annoying dwarf...)
SasuSaku Month 13th: In another world.
In another world, the battle left a plague around the world due to imbalance of one’s internal chakra and nature’s chakra (something like FFVII’s geostigma) and Sakura has to travel around the globe to fix it. Cue singledad!Sasuke and Sarada finding her mom to ask her if she abandoned the family ala gaiden. (Idk I just wanted to celebrate the new SS ending of Boruto, and experiment in bright colours.)

SasuSaku Month 2017 Day 13: In Another World
It doesn’t take long for Sakura to realize it is all a dream, a fabricated reality made out of impossible situations. A reality in where they could have been happy.
It was a family dinner in a place where she’d never been in before, created out of Sauske’s own memories. The Uchiha household was grand. Mikoto was all around lovely, created from the memories of a child she was never not smiling. Fugaku was stern, always a little apart, and untouchable. Then there was Itachi, not the frightening missing ninja she knew him to be but a loving brother.
Sakura was standing in the kitchen assisting Mikoto when she felt arms snake around her waist. Sasuke spun her around and greeted her with a quick kiss before letting go and walking over to kiss his mother’s forehead.
“You’re late.” His mother scolded halfheartedly. Before Sasuke could respond Itachi made his entrance and threw his arm around his brother’s shoulders.
“We were picking up Sarada at Naruto’s.” Itachi explained and as if on cue the little girl ran into the kitchen and straight to her father who picked her up.
“It’s true, it’s my fault we’re late grandma.” The little girl speaks, her big eyes set on swaying everyone around her.
Sakura couldn’t speak. She knew it was not real, most of the people in the room were dead, that little girl, a mixture of them both didn’t exist. But there was Sasuke, smiling like she’d never seen him before, ruffling the girl’s hair, and kissing her forehead in a loving manner. And she wanted it to be real.
It didn’t take long for her to realize it was all a dream, a genjutsu inflicted by his rinnegan, but even with that knowledge it took her a long time to escape that dream world.
“Why are you crying?” Sasuke turned to her, his expression worried. You’re not real, none of this is. She almost said.
She didn’t want to leave.

“No!”
After the violent exclamation, the Hokage’s office became as silent as a grave. The slender figure who spat out the word so categorically pinched her brow.
“I am not going to bow down to the Uchiha clan’s every whim. I am the Hokage and my word is final. Uchiha Kazuto is going on the probation. Six months of community service will teach him humility.”
The young chunin in question caused a diplomatic incident with the visiting son of the Sea Country’s feudal lord. The Hokage and her advisers managed to contain the damage from the incident and secured the continued income of missions from the Sea, but Kazuto still cost Konoha a blow to their reputation as gracious hosts. The punishment was necessary for both retaining the discipline in the ranks and for the appearance’s sake.
“The Uchiha won’t be pleased,” Neji cautioned. The clan’s proposition was to keep the boy under house arrest, which was way too lenient. He’d have probably spent the time in the Uchiha private training grounds.
“I know,” the Hokage replied with a tired sigh.
“What a drag,” Shikamaru said. “You’re the one who’s going to tell this to the Uchiha.”
“Don’t worry about it. I can deal with him.” The Hokage turned to look out of the window pensively. The russet glow of the sunset bathed her profile, softening the edges. “I want to be alone now.”
“Will you really be okay, Sakura?” Tenten asked. “Is he still-”
“I’ll be fine. You can go.” Sakura gave them a reassuring smile and waved them off.
