Jorvik as a Sims 3 World!

Have you always wanted to redesign the island of Jorvik? Now you can! Build your very own house wherever you want to, raise a whole family, or bring back Car Stable and replace all the horses with cars. The choice is yours! And don’t forget to explore Dino Valley and Golden Hills in any weather you like.

Some things you should know before possibly trying it out:

I’m pretty sure you will need World Adventures for the bridges to show up, I’m afraid.

I’m not sure if the road and terrain textures will show correctly, especially Golden Hills. If anyone tries this out, please tell me if they don’t and I’ll try to figure something out!

The proportions are kind of off. The Silverglade area is probably way too huge, while Epona has been scaled down to the point where it’s barely even Epona. But alas, I tried my best.

I haven’t tested the world properly yet, as in, I haven’t tried adding any lots let alone sims. I also probably won’t play this myself a lot other than building lots, so if you find any bugs while playing, please tell me and I’ll try my best to fix it!

There are no lots, let alone buildings. I did create this world because I’ve got a project going on where I recreate Jorvik’s places into Sims, but I probably won’t share any of them due to the amount of CC I use on them.

You are welcome to edit the world however you like with CAW, and even share it again if you want to, but please credit me and show me what you made!

In general I would absolutely love to see everyone’s creations and gameplay in this world, if you decide to try it out.

I haven’t added any collectables into the world, but if you really want them, you should be able to add them onto lots through buydebug.
