Day 8-14 30/30 challenge
Its still not easy but I've gotten to the point where I can get through about 15 minutes without taking a break. I have only missed one day. Day 12 was a friday night. It got late and I flat out just forgot. No biggie. Not bad. Sunday Feb 9 was day 14 and still getting it done. I try to go through the excercises in the video for he first 15-20 mins and then the last 10 mins or so is just settling into the squat and trying to focus on making it through. I usually do it right before I get into bed. Its becoming a routine. Since there are no rest days. I'm feeling a little sore a little aftewards but not too much during the day at work.
